Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական նամակ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ վարչապետ Էլիզաբեթ Բորնին: Նամակում նշված է.
«Մեծարգո տիկին վարչապետ,
Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով հաջողություններ Ձեր բարձր առաքելության իրականացման գործում։
Վստահ եմ, որ Ձեր երկարամյա մասնագիտական գործունեության ու անցած քաղաքական ուղու ընթացքում ձեռք բերված հարուստ փորձառությունը լավագույնս կծառայի բարեկամ Ֆրանսիայի և ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի բարօրությանը։
Համոզված եմ, որ մեր կառավարությունները հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունների ոգով կշարունակեն սերտորեն համագործակցել առկա և նոր ծրագրերի իրագործման ուղղությամբ՝ Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև բազմոլորտ համագործակցության ողջ ներուժն առավելագույնս օգտագործելու համար։
Այդ առումով հատկապես կարևոր են 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Փարիզում ստորագրված՝ Հայ-ֆրանսիական տնտեսական համագործակցության 2021-2026 թվականների ճանապարհային քարտեզի նպատակների կյանքի կոչմանն ուղղված հետագա համատեղ ջանքերը։
