Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում մեկնարկել է ստորագրահավաք` բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին ազատ արձակելու պահանջով։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալների առկայությունը և ժողովրդավարությունից ակնհայտ հետընթացը անհանգստացնում են ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև արտերկրում: Դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներից մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված եվրոպական երկրների դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչները նախօրեին փակ հանդիպում են անցկացրել` քննարկելու Հայաստանում ընդդիմության հավաքների ժամանակ կիրառված անհամաչափ ուժի դեպքերն ու մասսայական ձերբակալությունները:
Բանն այն է, որ խաղաղ անհնազանդության ակցիաների մասնակիցներից բերման ենթարկվածների օրական թիվն արդեն գերազանցում է 400-ը, իսկ վերջին երկու շաբաթում ռեկորդային թվով վարչական ձերբակալություններ են արձանագրվել, ինչը խիստ մտահոգում է դեսպաններին: Մեր տեղեկություններով, առանձին քննարկում է եղել ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից առանց հիմքի ֆիզիկական ուժ կիրառելու ու բերման ենթարկելու հաճախակիացած դեպքերի մասին, երբ ոստիկանը, պաշտոնական հավելավճարի խոստմամբ, իրեն պատժիչ ուժ է ներկայացրել: Եվրոպական դեսպանների քննարկման առանցքը նաև կալանավորված քաղբանտարկյալներն են եղել:
