«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին մասնակցելու համար Մոսկվա մեկնելուց առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդակցության է հրավիրել ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներին։ Նա մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն է պահանջել փողոցային բողոքի ակցիաների ընթացքի, այդ իմաստով օպերատիվ իրավիճակի ու հնարավոր զարգացումների հետ կապված, հարցրել է, թե որքանո՞վ է իրավիճակը վերահսկելի և որքանո՞վ են ուժերը բավականացնում։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ուժայինները պատասխանել են, թե այս պահին իրավիճակը վերահսկելի է, սակայն ամեն վայրկյան կարող են ուժերը չբավականացնել, և վիճակը դուրս գա վերահսկողությունից։

Նրանք առանձնահատուկ անհանգստություն են հայտնել, որ ակցիաների մասնակիցների մեջ շատանում է քաղաքականապես չեզոք մարդկանց թիվը, որոնք ոչ մի քաղաքական շրջանակի չեն հարում։ Նաև զեկուցել են, որ նկատելի է ուսանողության ակտիվությունը, երիտասարդների թիվը հավաքներին ու երթերին մեծանում է, ինչը կարող է ձնագնդի էֆեկտ ունենալ։ Ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներն ասել են, որ իրենց կառույցներում ևս արդեն դժգոհություններ են հասունանում, հատկապես ոստիկանության օղակում նյարդերը գերլարված են, և ոստիկանների մոտ կան ծառայությունը ոչ բավարար իրականացնելու տրամադրություններ։

Քննարկվել են իրավիճակը մեղմելու համար համակարգի աշխատողներին, առավել ևս հրամանատարական կազմին և առանձնակի նվիրումով ծառայողներին խրախուսելու տարբերակները։ Ի դեպ, երեկ տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ ոստիկանները պարգևավճար են ստանալու:
