ՌԴ-ի հետ Հայաստանի առևտուրը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կկրճատվի. ԿԲ փոխնախագահ

Ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության ազդեցությամբ պայմանավորված՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի առևտուրը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կկրճատվի: Ուկրաինայի հետ առևտուրը մոտ է զրոյին, սակայն ծավալներն ինչ-որ կերպ լրացվելու են:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝այս մասին ասաց Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Հովհաննես Խաչատրյանը ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում Կենտրոնական բանկի գործունեության վերաբերյալ տարեկան հաղորդման ներկայացմանը՝ անդրադառնալով առևտրի և Ռուսաստանի տնտեսության ազդեցությանը ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա:
«Մենք ունենք 2.5 մլրդ դոլարի միջազգային առևտուր ՌԴ-ի հետ, որտեղ 800 մլն դոլարի կարգի արտահանումն է, 1.7 մլրդ դոլարի՝ ներմուծումը: Վերջին 1.5 ամսվա դինամիկ զարգացումների պարագայում առկա տվյալները դեռ քիչ են հեռու գնացող ենթադրություններ անելու համար, բայց, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, առևտուրը կկրճատվի»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը:
ԿԲ-ն, սակայն, վճարային հաշվեկշռի, կապիտալ հոսքերի, առևտրային հաշվեկշռի տեսանկյունից դեռ վերջնական գնահատական չի տվել, թե որ ուղղությամբ կլինի զուտ առևտրի փոփոխությունը:
Հայաստանն Ուկրաինայի հետ ունի ոչ մեծ ծավալի առևտուր՝ 160 մլն դոլարի, որից 120 միլիոնը ներմուծումն է: «Դա, եթե չի զրոյացել, ապա զրոյին մոտ է»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այդ ներմուծման և արտահանման ծավալները, բնականաբար, ինչ-որ կերպ լրացվելու են այլ ճանապարհներով:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ՌԴ-ի տնտեսության կանխատեսումներին՝ ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալն ասաց. «ՌԴ-ի տնտեսության կանխատեսումները մեզ մոտ, բնականաբար, բացասական են, կանխատեսել ենք 8 տոկոսի չափով: Սակայն շատ մեծ, անհասկանալի իրադարձությունների մեջ ենք այդ կանխատեսումն արել, այս պահին հնչում են 10-15 տոկոս, 6-7 տոկոս, շատ տարբեր կանխատեսումներ»:
Ռուսաստանը երկնիշ՝ մոտ 15 տոկոս գնաճ ունի, որը արդյունք է մեծ անորոշությունների և ռուբլու փոխարժեքի արժեզրկման: Վերջին շրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացման հետ և ռուբլու փոխարժեքի փոփոխության հետ կապված՝ կլինեն փոփոխություններ:
