Վարչապետ Նկոլ Փաշինյանը մայիսի 16-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որում ասվում է.

«Համաձայն «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի՝

1. 2022 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին աշխատանքային այցով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն (Մոսկվա) գործուղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարական պատվիրակություն՝ համաձայն հավելվածի:

2. Սույն որոշման 1-ին կետում նշված գործուղման մեջ գտնվելու ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պարտականությունների կատարումը դնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի վրա:

3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարական պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկել նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին և ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշտական և լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Վիկտոր Բիյագովին:

4. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարական պատվիրակության՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն (Մոսկվա) գործուղման հետ կապված ծախսերը, այդ թվում՝ օդանավակայանում սպասարկման ծախսերը, համաձայն փաստացի կատարված ծախսերը հիմնավորող փաստաթղթերի, կատարել՝

1) Նիկոլ Փաշինյանինը, Սուրեն Վարոսյանինը, Արմեն Խաչատրյանինը, Կարեն Գասպարյանինը, Տիգրան Մեհրաբյանինը, Արման Շահինյանինը և Ալեքսանդր Աբրահամյանինը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացուցչական, փոխադրամիջոցների վարձակալման հետ կապված ծախսերը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի պահպանման ծախսերում արտասահմանյան գործուղումների համար նախատեսված միջոցների, իսկ հուշանվերների ձեռքբերման հետ կապված ծախսերը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի պահպանման ծախսերում ներկայացուցչական ծախսերի համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին.

2) Հարություն Վարդանյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պետական արարողակարգի ծառայության միջոցների հաշվին.

3) Ռոբերտ Կավկասյանինը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2022 թվականի պետական բյուջեով արտասահմանյան պաշտոնական գործուղումների համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին:

5. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին` կազմակերպել չվերթ՝ 2022 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին՝ Երևան-Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղով:

6. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի նախագահին` աջակցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմին սույն որոշման 5-րդ կետում նշված չվերթի կազմակերպման հարցում:

7. Չվերթի կազմակերպման հետ կապված ծախսերը կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության «Ավիացիայի բնագավառում վերահսկողության և կանոնակարգման ապահովում» ծրագրի «Ավիացիոն ծառայությունների մատուցում» միջոցառման ընդհանուր բնույթի այլ ծառայությունների համար նախատեսված միջոցների հաշվին»:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հոբելյանական գագաթնաժողովը կկայանա մայիսի 16-ին Մոսկվայում: ԶԼՄ-ների համար հայտարարություններ կանեն ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասը և Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, քանի որ ՀԱՊԿ նախագահող երկիրն է:
