«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
eadaily.com–ը «Համաշխարհային բանկը գնահատել է «Տրանսկովկասի» հեռանկարները, Հայաստանի՝ նրան միանալու մասին ոչ մի խոսք» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Անդրկովկասյան տրանսպորտային միջանցքի («Տրանսկովկաս») փոխակերպումը համաշխարհային լոգիստիկ երթուղու պահանջում է բեռնափոխադրումների ծառայությունների լուրջ զարգացում և դրա երկայնքով բեռնափոխադրումների ավելացում։ Այդ մասին հայտնել է Համաշխարհային բանկի փորձագիտական եզրակացությանը։ Ըստ Համաշխարհային բանկի, քանի որ կոնտեյներային բեռնափոխադրումները «համաշխարհային առևտրի ապագան» են, անհրաժեշտ են ներդրումներ մասնագիտացված կոնտեյներային նավերում, լոգիստիկ հարթակներում, օպերատորներին և տրանսպորտային համակարգերին կապող տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների գործիքակազմում:
«Չնայած Արևելք-Արևմուտք միջանցքում Ադրբեջանում և Վրաստանում խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ներդրումներին, միջանցքի ո՛չ երկաթուղային, ո՛չ էլ ճանապարհային հատվածների արդիականացումը Ադրբեջանում դեռ ավարտված չէ: Այդ ներդրումների ավարտը չափազանց կարևոր է միջանցքի լիարժեք գործունակության համար»,- նշել են բանկում: Անհրաժեշտ է նաև բարելավել մաքսային ընթացակարգերը, ներդնել սահմանի հատման պարզեցված ընթացակարգեր, անցում կատարել դեպի «մեկ պատուհան» համակարգին և, ի վերջո, տարանցիկ բեռների համար «կանաչ միջանցք» ստեղծել, որը թույլ կտա շրջանցել սահմանների մաքսակետերը, հավելել է Համաշխարհային բանկը:
«Տրանսկովկասը» Տրանսկասպյան միջազգային տրանսպորտային երթուղու («Միջին միջանցք») արևմտյան մասն է, այն անցնում է Ադրբեջանով, Վրաստանով և Սև ծովով։ Երկաթուղային երթուղին Բաքվի նավահանգիստը կապում է սևծովյան վրացական Փոթի և Բաթում նավահանգիստների հետ։ Ավելի վաղ նշվում էր, որ Թուրքիան նույնպես կարող է մասամբ միանալ դրան։ Հայաստանը միացնելու մասին դեռ խոսք չկա, թեև նման քայլը անհրաժեշտ է՝ 2020 թվականի աշնան Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմից հետո տարածաշրջանում նոր իրողությունները հաշվի առնելով։
