Վարչապետին սպասարկող թիվ մեկը բորտն անհետացել է

Արդեն շուրջ երկու ամիս է, ինչ անհետացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին սպասարկող կառավարական օդանավը՝ թիվ մեկ բորտը, իսկ կառավարությունն ու Քաղավիացիան ուղղակի հրաժարվում են տեղեկություն տրամադրել։ Ավելին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմը, արհամարհելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունն ու «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» օրենքի պահանջներն ուղղակի անպատասխան է թողել գրավոր հարցումը։ Այս մասին գրում է «Փաստինֆո»-ն։

Օդանավի այլ վայր տեղափոխվելու մասին տեղեկություն «Փաստինֆո»-ն ստացել էր դեռեւս մարտին։ Նկատի ունենալով, որ «701» գրանցման համարով Էյրբաս Ա-319 VIP օդանավը 2018-ի մարտի 29-ի կառավարության որոշմամբ փոխանցվել է Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ծառայության հաշվեկշռին՝ «Փաստինֆո»-ն դեռեւս մարտի 21-ին փորձել էր ավիացիայից պարզել ինքնաթիռի գտնվելու վայրը, սակայն տեղեկատվությունը ճշտելու խոստումներից բացի այլ մեկնաբանություն այդպես էլ չտրվեց։

Ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երկու պաշտոնական ուղեւորություն է ունեցել՝ Ռուսաստան, ապա նաեւ Նիդերլանդներ, որոնց ժամանակ օգտվել է «Armenia» ավիաընկերությանը պատկանող օդանավից։

Փաշինյանի՝ ապրիլի 19-ի Մոսկվա կատարած այցից հետո, քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեի նախագահ Տաթևիկ Ռևազյանի` մամուլի հարցերով օգնական Լիլիթ Աղաբեկյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ին տեղեկացրել էր, թե կառավարական օդանավը գտնվում է տեխնիկական զննման մեջ։

«Փաստինֆո»-ն ապրիլի 21-ին գրավոր հարցում ուղարկեց վարչապետի աշխատակազմ՝ պարզելու՝ ինչո՞ւ չի օգտագործվել կառավարական թիվ 1 բորտը, արդյո՞ք այն ունի անսարքություններ, թե ոչ, վերջին անգամ ե՞րբ է տեխզննման ենթարկվել թիվ 1 բորտը, որքա՞ն գումար է ծախսվել, արդյո՞ք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Մոսկվա է մեկնել վարձակալական հիմունքով և որքա՞ն է արժեցել այն: Սակայն Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմն այդպես էլ որեւէ պատասխան չի տրամադրել՝ կոպտորեն ոտնահարելով գործող օրենսդրության պահանջները։ Իսկ տեղեկատվության ու հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետը չի պատասխանում նաեւ հեռախոսազանգերին։

Ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք՝ մայիսի 10-ին Հոլանդիա կատարած այցին ժամանակ եւս Փաշինյանը չի օգտվել թիվ 1 բորտի ծառայություններից, այլ կրկին մեկնել է «Armenia» ավիաընկերությանը պատկանող օդանավով: Ու կրկին Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմից որեւէ մեկնաբանություն ստանալ չի հաջողվում. Այն շարունակում է անպատասխան թողնել հեռախոսազանգերը. կարծես նման պետական կառույց գոյություն չունի. Ճամպրուկները հավաքել ու տուն են գնացել։

Պաշտոնյաները ճամպրուկներն, իհարկե, հավաքել կարող են,բայց առանց պետական գույքի։ Ուստի «Փաստինֆո»-ն դիմեց քաղավիացիային՝ խնդրելով թույլատրել նկարահանել թիվ 1 բորտը, սակայն պարզվեց դա պետք է թույլ տա ՊՊԾ-ն։ Թե Քաղավիացիայի հաշվեկշռին գտնվող ինքնաթիռը հեռվից նկարելու համար ինչու է պետք ՊՊԾ-ի թույլտվությունն այդպես էլ հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն չտրվեց։
