Ուկրաինայի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի խորհրդական Միխայիլ Պոդոլյակը, մեկնաբանելով Խերսոնի օկուպացիոն իշխանությունների հայտարարությունը Ռուսաստանին միանալու մտադրության մասին, ասել է, որ ուկրաինական բանակը կազատի իր տարածքը։

«Միակ դիմումը, որը կարող են ուղղել Խերսոնի շրջանի գաուլայտերները, դատարանի վճռից հետո ներում շնորհելու միջնորդությունն է։ Օկուպանտները կարող են խնդրել միանալ թեկուզ Մարսին, կամ Յուպիտերին։ Ուկրաինական բանակը կազատագրի Խերսոնը՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ բառախաղեր կհորինեն զավթիչները»,- գրել է Պոդոլյակը Twitter-ում։

Խերսոնի մարզի բնակիչները պետք է իրենք որոշեն՝ դիմել, թե ոչ՝ մարզը Ռուսաստանի կազմում ընդգրկելու համար, բացի այդ, նման գործընթացը պետք է ունենա հստակ իրավական հիմնավորում, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«Իհարկե, նման դիմումի (Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմում ընդգրկվելու մասին) լինել-չլինելու հարցը պետք է որոշեն Խերսոնի մարզի բնակիչները, և իրենց ճակատագիրը ևս պետք է որոշեն Խերսոնի մարզի բնակիչները», - ասել է Պեսկովը։

Նրա խոսքով, բացի այդ, «սա այն հարցն է, որը պետք է հստակ ու մանրակրկիտ ստուգվի ու գնահատվի փաստաբանների ու իրավաբանների կողմից»։

Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ուկրաինայի Խերսոնի մարզի ղեկավարությունը մտադիր է դիմել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ մարզը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմ ներառելու համար, չորեքշաբթի մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է մարզի ռազմաքաղաքացիական վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Կիրիլ Ստրեմուսովը։

«Ղրիմում միանգամայն օրինական անցկացված հանրաքվեն չընդունվեց համաշխարհային հանրության կողմից, որն ամեն ինչ արեց, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը չընկալվի որպես համաշխարհային հանրության լիարժեք սուբյեկտ։ Հետևաբար, սա կլինի մեկ միասնական հրամանագիր՝ հիմնված Խերսոնի մարզի ղեկավարության դիմումի վրա՝ ուղղված ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, կլինի խնդրանք՝ Խերսոնի մարզը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության լիարժեք սուբյեկտի կազմ ներառելու մասին»,- ասել է նա։
