Ադրբեջանական այսօրվա հայտարարությունները, թե Տավուշի 7 գյուղեր ու Տիգրանաշենը «վերադարձվելու են Ադրբեջանի կազմ դելիմիտացիայի գործընթացով», մեզ համար բացարձակ անընդունելի են: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ հեռանկարը լի է կործանարար վտանգներով. իրավունքների զանգվածային խախտումներ, խաթարվելու է մեր ողջ բնակչության ֆիզիկական անվտանգությունն ու հոգեկան անդորրը, ճանապարհների անվտանգությունն ու կապը համայնքների միջև, առաջ են գալու նոր ներքին տեղահանվածներ կամ կենցաղային լեզվով` փախստականներ և այլն: «Տավուշի մարզի նշվող գյուղերն ու Տիգրանաշենը եղել են Խորհրդային Հայաստանի անբաժան մասը: Դրանք պատմական հայկական հողեր են:

«Անկլավային» տրամաբանությունն ինքը հենց մարդու իրավունքների անտեսման, պատմության կործանարար էջերից դասեր չքաղելու հետևանք է, որն անթույլատրելի, դատապարտելի կերպով տևական ժամանակ զարգացնում էին նաև Հայաստանի մի շարք անպատասխանատու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ: Առհասարակ, «անկլավ» մեխանիկական-քաղաքական ձևակերպումը պետք է դուրս գա բոլոր քննարկումներից:

Տեսանյութում մանրամասն ներկայացված է անցյալ տարվա` 2021թ. փաստահավաք աշխատանքներիս արդյուքները, այսպես կոչված, «անկլավային գյուղերի» վերաբերյալ»,- գրում է Թաթոյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Խալաֆ Խալաֆովը հայտարարել է, որ, այսպես կոչված, անկլավների՝ Տավուշի շրջանի 7 գյուղերի և Տիգրանաշենի «վերադարձի» հարցերն ու մի շարք այլ հարցեր պետք է լուծվեն Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի սահմանազատման համատեքստում:

Այս մասին հայտնել են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները։ Վերոնշյալ հայկական տարածքներն «ադրբեջանական» որակելով՝ նա նշել է, որ «տարածքների վերադարձն ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ» սահմանազատման գործընթաց է պահանջում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հարցը կքննարկվի դրա շրջանակներում։
