Ինչպե՞ս և ե՞րբ է հիմնադրվել Club Capital-ը

5 տարի առաջ Գևորգ Պողոսյանի և Գրիգոր Առաքելյանի համատեղ ուժերով ստեղծվեց Practic Business Education նախագիծը, որը համալիր բիզնես կրթություն էր տրամադրում խոշոր ու միջին բիզնեսի սեփականատերերին:
Practic Business Education-ը 3 տարի առաջ հիմք հանդիսացավ, որ նախագծին մասնակցող 30 գործարարների ջանքերով հիմնադրվի Club Capital ակումբը՝ նպատակ ունենալով ստեղծել բիզնեսի և գործարարի զարգացման համար հատուկ միջավայր և ֆորմատ:
Club Capital-ի հիմնադրման հիմքում դրվեց այն գիտակցումը, որ
-անձի եկամուտը հավասար է իրեն շրջապատող անձանց միջին եկամտին,
-անձի զարգացման տեմպն ու մակարդակը հավասար են իրեն շրջապատող միջավայրի զարգացման տեմպին ու մակարդակին,
-մեծ հաշվով անձը «հավասար» է իր միջավայրին:
Այս 3 տարիների ընթացքում Club Capital-ը սկսեց համալրվել մեր զարգացման տեմպը և նպատակները կիսող գործարարներով:
Ի դեպ, ակումբի հիմքում դրված է հստակ արժեհամակարգ, որում կարևորվում է որակը, միմյանց հանդեպ վստահությունը, փոխօգնությունը, մեկը բոլորի համար և բոլորը մեկի համար գաղափարը:
Այժմ Club Capital մեծ ԿԱՊԻՏԱԼ-ում համախմբված են մոտ 90 միջին և խոշոր բիզնեսների սեփականատերեր: Ուստի, այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ցանկանում են արագ զարգանալ և զարգացնել իրենց բիզնեսը, կիսում են մեր արժեքները ու գաղափարները, կարող են միանալ մեզ:
