Հավաքին մասնակցելուն հարկադրելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրգործ
VIDEOՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ քաղաքական ընդդիմության կողմից կազմակերպված հավաքին մասնակցելուն հարկադրելու, այն է՝ Երևան քաղաքի մի շարք երթևեկելի հատվածներ բեռնատարներով առերևույթ հարկադրաբար փակելու դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Մասնավորապես, նախօրեին համացանցում տեղեկատվություն և տեսանյութ է տարածվել՝ 2022թ. մայիսի 4-ին վարորդներին առերևույթ ստիպելու միջոցով Երևան քաղաքի Կիևյան և Դավիթաշեն կամուրջների երթևեկելի հատվածները, ինչպես նաև մի շարք փողոցներ բեռնատարներով փակելու վերաբերյալ:
Հիշյալ հրապարակման կապակցությամբ նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ ՍՊ ընկերությանը պատկանող «Iveco» մակնիշի բեռնատարի և «Mercedes-Benz» մակնիշի բետոնախառնիչի վարորդներն իրենց կողմից վարվող նշված ավտոմեքենաներով փակել են Երևան քաղաքի Դավիթաշեն և Կիևյան կամուրջների երթևեկելի հատվածները, իսկ նույն ընկերության ևս երկու այլ բեռնատարների վարորդներ, որոնցից մեկը՝ «Iveco» մակնիշի բետոնախառնիչով, իսկ մյուսը՝ նույն մակնիշի բեռնատարով փակել են Երևան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան պողոտայից դեպի Կասյան փողոց գնացող և Դավիթաշեն կամրջի երթուղիները, որի հետևանքով խաթարվել է նշված հասցեների բնականոն երթևեկությունը, և քաղաքացիները զրկվել են բնականոն երթևեկելու հնարավորությունից:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 163-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ուսումնասիրվել է համացանցում տարածված տեսանյութը:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ հրապարակման մեջ մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
