«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հատված 2010 թվականի հունիսի 26ին կանադական Մուսկոկա քաղաքում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Նիկոլա Սարկոզիի համատեղ հայտարարությունից. «Մենք, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող պետությունների ղեկավարներ, վերահաստատում ենք մեր հանձնառությունը՝ աջակցելու Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման համար՝ ավարտին հասցնելու Հիմնարար սկզբունքների շուրջ իրենց պայմանավորվածությունը։
Դրանց թվում են.
-Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ տարածքների վերադարձ:
-Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի միջանկյալ կարգավիճակ ապահովելով՝ անվտանգության և ինքնակառավարման երաշխիքներ:
-Հայաստանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ կապող միջանցք:
-Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագա վերջնական իրավական կարգավիճակի որոշում նրա բնակչության իրավաբանորեն պարտադիր կամարտահայտության միջոցով:
-Բոլոր ներքին տեղահանված անձանց և փախստականների՝ իրենց ծագման վայրեր վերադառնալու իրավունք:
-Անվտանգության միջազգային երաշխիքներ, այդ թվում՝ խաղաղապահ գործողությունը»: Ինչո՞ւ է պետք կարդալ սա, ընդ որում՝ առանձնահատուկ անհասկացողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում մի քանի անգամ կարդալ: Բանն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա մի շարք կողմնակիցներ, աջակիցներ և տարբեր տրամաչափի իմաստակներ ցանկացած առիթով կամ անգամ անառիթ «փաստում» են, որ Հայաստանի նախկին ղեկավարներն են հանձնել Արցախը՝ համաձայնելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի առաջարկած Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներին: Ընդ որում, բարձրաձայնելով սկզբունքների միայն առաջին կետը՝ նրանք իրենց նեղություն չեն տալիս առաջ անցնել: Չնայած մեկ-մեկ պատահում է, որ հիշում են նաև նախավերջին կետը, այն է՝ փախստականների վերադարձը: Իսկ մնացածի մասին ոչ մի խոսք, քար լռություն…
Հիմա հարց է ծագում. ո՞ւմ հավատանք, ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավարների՞ն, թե՞ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու, ասենք, Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանին… Անգամ կարիք չկա նշել մնացածին: Ինձ թվում է՝ պատասխանը միանշանակ է: Ինչ-որ մեկին կարող է թվալ, թե ավելորդ ժամավաճառություն է Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները նորից ներկայացնելը, ցանկացած քիչ թե շատ գիտակից մարդ տեղյակ է դրանից և գիտի, թե ինչ է այնտեղ գրված: Բայց արի ու տես, որ պետք է, անպայման է պետք անընդհատ գրել ու կրկնել, թե չէ ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա համախոհները օգտագործում են հանրահայտ Գեբելսյան ցինիկ քարոզչությունը, այն է՝ ինչքան էլ բացահայտ լինի սուտը, եթե այն անընդհատ կրկնվում է, դառնում է ճշմարտություն, ու թեկուզ ամեն օր իրական ճշմարտությունը հրամցնես, միևնույնն է, «մածունը սևանալու է»:
