ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հայաստանում այս օրերին տեղի ունեցող զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաները ոչ միայն հայկական, այլև ռուսաստանյան ու արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում են: Բազմաթիվ ԶԼՄ-ներ անդրադառնում են ներհայաստանյան իրադարձություններին: Ի մասնավորի, թե՛ ռուսաստանյան, թե՛ արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցները հիմնականում շեշտը դնում են նրա վրա, որ այս ակցիաները առաջին հերթին Արցախի համար են: Երկրորդ՝ մեծամասնությունն առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել իրավապահների բիրտ, անմարդկային, անհամաչափ ուժ կիրառելու դեպքերին՝ հատկապես կարմիր և սև բերետավորների կողմից:
Ի դեպ, երեկ պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ էինք ստանում, որ առանձնահատուկ վայրենություն դրսևորող իրավապահների մեջ քիչ չեն նրանք, որոնք առանց տարբերանշանի են, ինչը ակցիաների մասնակիցների շրջանում լուրջ կասկածների տեղիք է տվել, որ նրանք կարող են և ոստիկաններ չլինեն, և նրանց պարզապես համազգեստ են հագցրել ու գցել «ժողովրդի ջանին»:
Մյուս կողմից՝ մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ոստիկանության զորքերը «իջեցնում» են առանց հրամանի, առանց կոնկրետ թիվ «ֆիքսելու»: Միևնույն ժամանակ, վերջին օրերին մենք պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ իրավապահ համակարգի աշխատակիցների մեծ մասի շրջանում խուլ դժգոհություն է հասունանում ոչ միայն այն հանգամանքից, որ ստիպված են սեփական ժողովրդի դեմ դուրս գալ, այլև նրանից, որ մի քանիսի անմարդկային պահվածքի պատճառով վարկաբեկվում է իրենց բոլորի անունը:
