Արցախում երկու ռուսական անցակետ տեղափոխել են

Արցախի մեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացել էինք, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները երկու անցակետ են հանել՝ Սոս և Խաչեխաչ գյուղերից։ Երկու անցակետերն էլ եղել են ներհամայնքային մայրուղիների վրա։ Անցակետերում իրականացրել են ճանապարհի եւ մեքենաների ստուգում։
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, այդ գյուղերում անցակետ պահելը խաղաղապահները համարել են անիմաստ, դրա համար են հանել՝ տեղափոխելով այլ՝ ավելի նպատակային հատվածներ։ Այսինքն, տեղի է ունեցել անցակետերի տեղաբաշխում, իսկ ռուս խաղաղապահները շարունակում են իրականացնել իրենց առաքելությունը Արցախի Հանրապեությունում։ Մեր փորձերը՝ պաշտոնապես մեկնաբանություն ստանալ, տեղեկանալ, թե ուր են տեղափոխել այդ անցակետերը, ինչու են հանվել, ապարդյուն անցան՝ պաշտոնական բոլոր օղակներից հրաժարվեցին այս թեմայով խոսել։
Մենք կապ հաստատեցինք Արցախի Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի հետ, և հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ տեղյա՞կ է ինքը այս փոփոխությունների մասին, եթե այո, ապա՝ ի՞նչ է կատարվել։
«Ես տեղեկացված չեմ։ Բայց սա առաջին անգամը չի։ Դրանք այն գործողություններն են, որոնք կոնկրետ ռուս խաղաղապահներին են վերաբերում։ Իրենք են որոշում, երբ նպատակահարմար է՝ տեղափոխություններ են անում։ Որտեղ չկա դրա կարիքը՝ հանում են։ Դա անհանգստություն առաջացնող բան չէ, քանի որ ներհամայնքային մայրուղիներում են դրված եղել այդ անցակետերը, հավանաբար տեղափոխել են մեկ այլ վայր։ Սա շարունակական բնույթ է կրում և այնպես չի, որ այդտեղ դրված է, պետք է մնա 5 տարի այդ վայրում։ Հիմնական անցակետերը, որոնք ավելի մոտ են շփման գծին դրանք են միայն մնում անփոփոխ, նույն վայրում»,-ասաց Մետաքսե Սիմոնյանը։
