«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երկուշաբթի՝ մայիսի 2-ին, պետք է տեղի ունենար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և մյուսների, կամ այսպես կոչված, «անորակ զենքի» գործով դատական նիստը: Նախատեսվում էր, որ պետք է քննարկվի Տոնոյանի փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը՝ խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին: Սակայն դատական նիստն այդպես էլ չի կայացել: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի փաստաբան Սերգեյ Հովհաննիսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ դատարանի աշխատակազմից իրենց տեղեկացրել են, թե նիստը տեղի չի ունենալու, քանի որ նախ՝ դատավորը անձնական պատճառներով աշխատանքի չի գալիս, ապա և ուղեկցողները չեն կարող ապահովել Տոնոյանի տեղափոխությունը՝ մայրաքաղաքի փողոցներում առկա վիճակի հետ կապված:

Նիստը հետաձգվել է անորոշ ժամանակով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ առնվազն նույն անորոշ ժամանակով Դավիթ Տոնոյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ: Այս հանգամանքը ուշագրավ է հատկապես այն առումով, որ Տոնոյանի հետ նույն գործով անցնող մի շարք առանցքային դերակատարներ, այդ թվում՝ հենց Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող ընկերության ղեկավար Պատրոն Դավոն (Դավիթ Գալստյան), տարբեր խափանման միջոցներով հայտնվել են ազատության մեջ, մինչդեռ Տոնոյանը ոչ միայն շարունակում է մնալ անազատության մեջ, այլև ըստ էության հարցը չի էլ քննարկվում. հունվարից այս կողմ գրեթե նորմալ նիստ չի եղել, իսկ ապրիլին ընդհանրապես որևէ նիստ չի կայացել:
