2022թ. մարտին 12-ամսյա գնաճն ավելացել է և կազմել 7.4%. ավելացել է նաև 12-ամսյա բնականոն գնաճը՝ կազմելով 7.0%: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Հայաստանի ԿԲ-ից:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ մասնավորապես, ասվում է. «Ռուս-ուկրաինական ռազմաքաղաքական հակամարտությունը շարունակվում է և պահպանվում են դրա հետ կապված անորոշությունները: Սա բացասաբար է արտահայտվում ՀՀ հիմնական գործընկեր երկրներում տնտեսական և ֆինանսական շուկայի զարգացումների վրա: Այդ երկրներում տնտեսական աճի տեմպերի՝ սպասվածից արագ դանդաղումն ուղեկցվում է գնաճային միջավայրի ընդլայնմամբ: Վերջինս պայմանավորված է արժեշղթաների խաթարումներով և միջազգային ապրանքահումքային շուկաներում գնաճի արագացմամբ: Այսպիսով` արտաքին հատվածից ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա գնաճային ազդեցությունը կպահպանվի:
2022թ-ի առաջին եռամսյակում դիտվել է ՀՀ տնտեսական ակտիվության՝ սպասվածի համեմատ ավելի դրական զարգացումներ: Միջազգային այցելուների զգալի ներհոսքը արտացոլվում է ծառայությունների ճյուղի բարձր աճում և ընդլայնում ամբողջական պահանջարկը: Դա նպաստում է ՀՀ արտաքին հաշվեկշռվածության բարելավմանը և արժութային շուկայում դրամի արժևորմանը: Գնահատվում է, որ վերջինս դրական ազդեցություն կփոխանցի նաև ներքին գնաճային միջավայրի թուլացման և գնաճային սպասումների նվազման ուղղությամբ:
ԿԲ խորհուրդը հետևողական է համարժեք գործողություններով չեզոքացնելու գնաճային սպասումների ապախարսխման ցանկացած ռիսկ: Կանխատեսվում է, որ 12-ամսյա գնաճն աստիճանաբար կնվազի և միջնաժամկետ հորիզոնում կմոտենա նպատակային 4% ցուցանիշին:
ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներով պայմանավորված մակրոտնտեսական հեռանկարի հետ կապված բարձր անորոշությունը պահպանվում է։ Միաժամանակ, կանխատեսված ուղեգծից գնաճի շեղման ռիսկերը հիմնականում հավասարակշռված են։ Ռիսկերի որևէ ուղղությամբ դրսևորման պարագայում Խորհուրդը համարժեքորեն կարձագանքի և կապահովի գների կայունության նպատակը:
