Մայիսի 2-ին Երևանում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության այլ բնակավայրերում մեկնարկած քաղաքացիական խաղաղ անհնազանդության գործողությունները Հայաստանում արդեն բռնի միջոցներով իշխանությունն իր ձեռքերում պահող վարչախմբի կողմից արժանացել են աննախադեպ բիրտ և անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառության, որը դրա հոգեվարքի անհերքելի ապացույցներից է։ Այս մասին նշվում է «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության մամուլի հաղորդագրության մեջ։

«Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության հարցերում «նշաձող իջեցնելու» պատրաստ այս վարչախումբը բարձրացրել է սեփական քաղաքացիների դեմ բռնաճնշումների նշաձողն՝ ապօրինի միջոցներով բերման ենթարկելով խաղաղ եղանակներով իրենց արդարացի բողոքն արտահայտող հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիների՝ այդ թվում «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության տասնյակ անդամների։

Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության են արժանի խաղաղ ակցիաները լուսաբանող լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ ատելության խոսքը և բռնության դեպքերը, որոնք հրահանգվել և իրականացվել են պետական բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող առանձին անձանց կողմից։

Այս կապակցությամբ «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը, խստորեն դատապարտելով և անթույլատրելի համարելով Հայաստանում դեռևս իշխանություն հանդիսացող վարչախմբի անօրինական գործողությունները, հայտարարում է՝

1․ իշխանությունների և դրանց սպասարկու ուժային կառույցների գործողությունները, որոնք փաստագրվել են նաև մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, պետք է արժանանան պատկան մարմինների անհապաղ ու հստակ իրավական գնահատականի և դրանից բխող իրավական գործընթացների,

2․ միջազգային հանրության ներկայացուցիչների և իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում իշխանությունների կողմից քաղաքացիների անքակտելի իրավունքների տարրական նորմերի բազմաթիվ խախտումների վրա՝ ակնկալելով միանշանակ գնահատական և արձագանք,

3․ հորդորում և պահանջում ենք ուժային կառույցներից զերծ մնալ վարչախմբի ապօրինի հրահանգները կատարելուց և գործել բացառապես օրենքի ու օրինականության շրջանակներում՝ ապահովելու բողոքի խաղաղ գործողություններ իրականացնելու մեր քաղաքացիների սահմանադրական իրավունքը,

4․ համաժողովրդական և արդեն իսկ ազգային-ազատագրական բնույթ ստացած մեր պայքարն անկասելի է ու աննահանջ, և մենք անպայման հաջողելու ենք։
