Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Ադրբեջանի նախագահն այսօր անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի հետ սահմանների դելիմիտացիա/դեմարկացիայի գործընթացին, նշել, որ չկա կոնկրետ քարտեզ, որի հիման վրա ապագայում Հայաստանի հետ սահմանների հետ կապված պայմանագիր կկնքվի:
Վերջինս նշել է, որ որպես հիմք պետք է վերցնել պատմությունն ու այն քարտեզները, որոնք եղել է Հարավային Կովկասի խորհրդայնացումից հետո, սակայն չպետք է հիմնվել մեկ քարտեզի վրա:

Որպես օրինակ Ալիևը ընդգծել է, որ 1920 թվականի քարտեզով «Երևանն ու Զանգեզուրը Ադրբեջանի տարածքում են եղել, իսկ Հայաստանը Իրանի հետ սահման չի ունեցել»:

Արդեն պարզ է չէ՞ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի «խաղաղության օրակարգը»:
Բացի նրանից, որ Ադրբեջանը խեղաթյուրում է պատմությունը, որոշել է սեփական քաղաքականությունը կառուցել ընտրովի՝ տարբեր ժամանակների քարտեզներից վերցնել Ադրբեջանի համար առավելագույն ձեռնտու հանգամանքները, քարտեզների անորոշության մեջ վիճելի բոլոր հարցերը կարգավորել իր առավելապաշտական մոտեցումների և ուժի սպառնալիքի շրջանակներում:

Ի դեպ, այսօր կայացած Փաշինյան-Արայիկ Հարությունյան հանդիպման ժամանակ, Արցախի նախագահը նշեց, որ արցախահայությունն ընդունում է «խաղաղության օրակարգ»-ը:

Միգուցե ես անուղղելի լավատես եմ, բայց հույս ունեմ, որ արցախահայության անունից հայտարարություն հնչեցնող Հարությունյանի՝ «խաղաղության օրակարգ»-ի մասին ձևակերպումները, Փաշինյանի ու Ալիևի պատկերացումների շրջանակներում չէ և հիմնված է Արցախի խորհրդարանի վերջին համատեղ հայտարարության, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ այն մոտեցման վրա, որ Արցախը երբեք չի լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում:
