SOCIETYԱմերիաբանկը ներկայանում է վճարային քարտերի նոր դիզայնով, որոնք ստեղծվել են բանկի հաճախորդների «ձեռագրով»: Քարտերի դիզայնի նոր կոնցեպտի ամենավառ տարրը հայկական թագավորությունների, իշխանական տոհմերի զինանշաններն են:
Դիզայնի կոնցեպտի մշակման համար բանկը իրականացրել է մի շարք միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես, բաց մրցույթ դիզայներների շրջանում, հարցումներ հաճախորդների շրջանում, քննարկումներ բանկի անձնակազմի հետ: Հաճախորդների պահանջները հասկանալու համար բանկը ստեղծել է ֆոկուս խմբեր բանկի հաճախորդների տարբեր սեգմենտների (տարիքային, սեռային, ըստ քարտերի օգտագործման տեսակների) մասնակցությամբ:
Հարցմանը մասնակցած կանանց 71%-ը և տղամարդկանց 72%-ը ցանկություն են հայտնել քարտերը տեսնել հայկական տարրերով: Միաժամանակ կանանց 59%-ը, իսկ տղամարդկանց 73%-ը ցանկություն են հայտնել ունենալ սև գույնի, մինիմալիստական, պարզ և դասական ոճի քարտեր:
