Երկու քարի արանքում. Արցախի իշխանություններին «տուպիկ» են մտցրել. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ՀՀ իշխանություններն աննախադեպ ճնշումներ են իրականացնում Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով զերծ պահել նրանց Հայաստանում ընթացող ներքաղաքական զարգացումներից:
Սակայն խնդիրն այն է, որ հարցը վերաբերում է հենց Արցախին, և ներսում կա գիտակցումն այն բանի, որ Հայաստանի այս իշխանության անփոփոխ մնալն անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է Արցախի հանձնմանը: Արցախյան մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնհայտ շանտաժի գործիքներ է կիրառում Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և նրա շրջապատի նկատմամբ՝ ուղիղ տեքստով վախեցնելով, որ եթե իր հրահանգները չկատարեն, իրենց համար շատ վատ է լինելու:
Մենք տեղեկություն ունենք նաև, որ Հարությունյանն իր նեղ շրջապատում բողոքում է, որ հայտնվել է երկու քարի արանքում և չգիտի, թե ինչպես շարժվի: Այսօր արդեն ստեղծվել է մի իրողություն, որ մի կողմից՝ արցախցիների ցանկությունն ու պնդումներն են՝ կանգնել այն ուժերի կողքին, որոնք այսօր փողոցներում պաշտպանում են Արցախը, մյուս կողմից՝ խարխլվող իշխանությունը և սպառնալիքները, որոնք Փաշինյանն ուղիղ կամ «միջնորդների» միջոցով փոխանցում է Արցախի իշխանություններին: Թե որ ճանապարհով կգնա Հարությունյանը՝ Արցախը պաշտպանելու, թե տուրք տալու փաշինյանական ճնշումներին, կերևա առաջիկայում:
