Դեբեդում գտնված երեխան փրկվեց, մայրը՝ ձերբակալվեց. ոստիկանությունը մանրամասներ է հայտնել

Ապրիլի 25-ին, ժամը 17.45-ին, ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին ստացվել է հաղորդում. 911 ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ Ալավերդի քաղաքում երեխա է ընկել Դեբեդ գետը: Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է երկու տարեկան աղջնակի ինքնությունը։ Նրա 31-ամյա մոր հայտարարության համաձայն՝ իր անզգուշության հետևանքով առանց հսկողության մնացած երեխան Ալավերդու Փիրուզյան թաղամասի երկաթուղային կամրջի հարևանությամբ գտնվող և Դեբեդ գետի երկայնքով ձգվող գազատար խողովակի վրա նստած դիրքից ընկել է գետը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ոստիկանությունից:

Փրկարար ծառայության մարզային փրկարարական վարչության որոնողափրկարարական միջոցառումներին միացել են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ, նաև՝ տեղի բնակիչներ։ Ժամը 18.30-ի սահմաններում, մոր նշած վայրից մոտ մեկ կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա, Դեբեդ գետում որոնողական աշխատանքներին մասնակցող քաղաքացին հայտնաբերել է անգիտակից աղջնակին։ Նա տեղափոխվել է «Ալավերդի» բժշկական կենտրոն, ապա՝ Վանաձորի հիվանդանոց, որտեղից էլ Երևանի «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Վանաձորի ճանապարհին երեխան ուշքի է եկել, և ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ նրա կյանքին այլևս վտանգ չի սպառնում։

Որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքի բարեհաջող ավարտից հետո էլ, սակայն, ոստիկանների միջոցառումները չավարտվեցին։ Հարկավոր էր ճշտել միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները. և ճշտեցին։

Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների ձեռնարկած մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ժամը 21.30-ին, սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով, Ալավերդի քաղաքի Դեբեդ թաղամասից բաժին բերման ենթարկվեց երեխայի մայրը։ Նա հաղորդում տվեց, որ ժամը 17.10-ի սահմաններում, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու նպատակով, ինքն է իր մանկահասակ դստերը 3-4 մետր բարձրությունից գցել գետը:

Այնուհետև նրան են մոտեցել պատահական անցորդներ, որոնց նա հայտնել է, թե երեխան ընկել է գետը։ Այդ անձինք էլ ահազանգել են 911։

Դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով։ Մայրը ձերբակալվել է և տեղափոխվել ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:

Քրեական գործը ոստիկանությունից փոխանցվել է տարածքային քննչական մարմնին։ Հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
