Ամանորին բոլորն են բլիթներ պատրաստում, քանի որ դրանք տոնական սեղանի անբաժանելի մասնիկն են: Իհարկե, հայ կանանց բլիթներ պատրաստելու բաղադրատոմս ներկայացնելը անմտություն է, սակայն ոչ բոլորը գիտեն, թե ինչպես կարելի է ցանցավոր բլիթներ ստանալ: Եթե ցանկանում եք այս տարի Ամանորին սովորական բլիթների փոխարեն ավելի գեղեցիկ եւ յուրօրինակ բլիթներ պատրաստել, առաջարկում ենք հետեւյալ պարզ եւ արագ եղանակը:

1 բաժակ կեֆիր
1 բաժակ ալյուր
1 ձու
1/3 թ.գդ. սոդա
½ բաժակ եռացրած ջուր
1 ճ.գդ. բուսական յուղ
1 ճ.գդ. շաքարավազ
1/3 թ.գդ. աղ
Պատրաստման եղանակը՝
1. Անհրաժեշտ է կեֆիրը, ձուն, շաքարավազը եւ ալյուրը միասին խառնել:
2. Եռացրած ջրի մեջ հարկավոր է լցնել սոդան, խառնել եւ խմոր հունցել:
3. Ամեն ինչ եւս մեկ անգամ մի լավ խառնելուց հետո պետք է մոտ 10 րոպե թողնել:
4. Ստացված զանգվածին անհրաժեշտ է նաեւ ավելացրել բուսական յուղն ու կրկին խառնել:
5. Արդեն կարելի է պատրաստել բլիթները բուսական յուղով պատված թավայի մեջ:
