Ցեղասպանական քաղաքականության վտանգներն ի չիք չեն դարձել մեր ժողովրդի համար․ ՄԻՊ ուղերձ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ուղերձը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 107-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ. «Ապրիլի 24-ին կլրանա Հայոց մեծ Եղեռնի ոճրագործության 107-րդ տարելիցը, սակայն մինչ օրս արդարությունը վերականգնված չէ։ Վերականգնված չեն սպանված ու խեղված տղամարդկանց, կանանց ու ծերերի, որբացած երեխաների, իրենց հայրենի տնից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի, կրոնի և էթնիկ պատկանելության հիմքով անմարդկային կտտանքների և տանջանքների ենթարկվածների իրավունքները։ Նրանցից շատերն ամբողջ կյանքում այդ դժոխային տեսարաններն աչքի առջև մահացան հարազատների ու հայրենիքի կարոտով, սպասումով, որ գոնե ապագա սերունդներն ականատես կլինեն արդարության վերականգնմանը։

Անառարկելի իրողությունների նկատմամբ ժխտողական քաղաքականությունը, որը Թուրքիան վարում է արդեն մեկ դարից ավել, շարունակում է լրջագույն մարտահրավեր մնալ մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դատապարտման, կանխարգելման ու հետապնդման համընդհանուր նորմեր սահմանող միջազգային իրավակարգի իրագործման համար։

Առաջին աշխարհամարտից հետո նոր թափ առած մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, իրավունքի գերակայության ու արդարադատության միջազգային համընդհանուր մեխանիզմների կատարելագործմանը միտված ջանքերը շարունակում են ստվերված մնալ թուրքական պետության խիստ դատապարտելի այս քաղաքականությամբ։

Անպատժելիությունը ծնում ու արդարացնում է նոր հանցագործությունները։

Ցավալիորեն էթնիկ ու կրոնական ատելության հիմքով ցեղասպանական քաղաքականության վտանգներն ի չիք չեն դարձել մեր ժողովրդի համար։ Սրա ցավալի ու ամենաթարմ ապացույցները 2020 թվականի պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմի փաստագրված հանցագործություններն են՝ ուղղված էթնիկ հայերի դեմ։ Էթնիկ ու կրոնական հիմքով ատելության քարոզն ու դրանով մոտիվացված հանցավոր գործողություններն ադրբեջանական պետության կողմից պետական մակարդակով այժմ էլ իրականացվում են արցախահայության նկատմամբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով հայաթափել Արցախն իր բնիկ ժողովրդից, վերացնել հայկական բազմադարյա մշակույթի կոթողներն ու նմուշները, ջնջել հայկականության հետքը, անհնարին դարձնել իրենց բնօրրանում ապրող հայերի կյանքը։

Այսօր մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում Հայոց մեծ Եղեռնի անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին և վերահաստատում, որ հանցագործության դատապարտումը, մեղավորների պատիժն ու արդարության վերականգնումն է, որ կարող են կանխարգելել ապագայի ոճրագործությունները»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
