Երեք պատճառ հենց «Յուքոմ» ընկերության պարտատոմսերը ձեռք բերելու համար

«Յուքոմ»-ը հայաստանյան հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում առաջին ընկերությունն է, որը 2019 թվականին որոշում կայացրեց թողարկել բարձր տոկոսադրույքով դրամային և դոլարային կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսեր:
Նախորդ հոդվածում խոսել ենք պարտատոմսերի և բանկային ավանդների հիմնական տարբերությունների մասին: Շարունակելով թեման՝ այս անգամ կնշենք հենց «Յուքոմ» պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման առավելությունները:
Նախ և առաջ, շատ կարևոր է գումարը վստահելուց առաջ հասկանալ՝ որքանով է տվյալ ընկերության գործունեությունը կայուն զարգացող: Անհրաժեշտ է հետևել ընկերության նորություններին, կոմերցիոն գործունեությանը, արտադրանքի, ծառայությունների կամ պրոդուկտների պարբերաբար թարմացումներին, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի պատկերացում կազմել այդ ընկերության զարգացման աստիճանի մասին: Օրինակ՝ 2021 թվականին «Յուքոմ»-ը ոչ միայն հանդես եկավ ձայնային ծառայության բոլորովին նոր՝ Level Up կանխավճարային և Level Up հետվճարային սակագնային պլաններով, այլև թողարկեց թե՛ ֆիքսված, թե՛ շարժական կապի ծառայությունների միավորմամբ նոր՝ շուկայում համարժեքը չունեցող Unity տարիֆը: Սա ցայտուն կերպով վկայում է այն մասին, որ «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունն ընթանում է կայուն զարգացման ճանապարհով:
Երկրորդ պատճառը՝ «Յուքոմ» պարտատոմսերի բարձր եկամտաբերությունն է:
«Եթե համեմատություն անցկացնենք պարտատոմսերի և բանկային ավանդների միջև, ապա վստահաբար կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ շատ ավելի շահութաբեր է ձեռք բերել պարտատոմսեր: Որպես օրինակ նշեմ, որ 2019 թվականին բանկերում դոլարային ավանդների ներդրման դիմաց տոկոսադրույքը կազմում էր միջինում 4.5%, իսկ «Յուքոմ» պարտատոմսերինը՝ 7.5%, միևնույն ժամանակ դրամային ավանդները հնարավոր էր ներդնել միջինում 9.55%-ով Ucom պարտատոմսերի 11% հետ համեմատած»,- նշել է «Յուքոմ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանը։
Եվ վերջապես «Յուքոմ» պարտատոմսեր ձեռք բերելու երրորդ պատճառն է ընկերության բաց և թափանցիկ աշխատաոճը։ Ընկերության ֆինանսական հոսքերին վերաբերող տեղեկատվությունը բաց հասանելիությամբ առկա է թե՛ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի, թե՛ ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքէջերում:
