Իրանցի նախարարն երկրի գերակայություն է համարում նավթի արտահանման նախապատժամիջոցային մակարդակին հասնելը

Նավթի մատակարարումների բնագավառում Իրանի գերակայություն է արտահնաման այն մակարդակին հասնելը, որ կար Թեհրանի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցների գործադրումից առաջ։ Այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 27-ին հայտարարել է ԻԻՀ նավթի նախարար Բիժան Նամդար Զանգենեն։
«Սահմանափակւոմների հանումից հետո մեր գլխավոր գերակայությունն է լինելու նավթի արտահանման աճը մինչև այն մակարդակը, որը գոյություն ուներ պատժամիջոցների գործադրումից առաջ»,- նախարարի խոսքերը մեջբերում է Shana գործակալությունը։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, նա հավելել է, որ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումից հետո Իրանից արտահանվող նավթի զեղչերը հիմնվելու են համաշխարհային շուկաներում գերիշխող նորմերի վրա։ Զանգենեն մեկնաբանել է ԶԼՄ-ներ ում հայտնված լուրերն այն մասին, որ պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումից հետո Իրանն իբր մտադիր է ածխաջրածինները վաճառել գրավիչ պայմաններով, որպեսզի շահագրգռի Իրանի նավթի հնարավոր արտահանողներին և հնարավորինս շուտ հասնի արտահանման այն ծավալներին, որոնգ գոյություն ունեին մինչև պատժամիջոցների գործադրումը։
Դեկտեմբերի 26-ին Իրանի ազգային նավթային ընկերության (ԻԱՆԸ) կառավարիչ տնօրեն Ռոքնեդին Ջավադին հայտարարել էր, որ Իրանի նավթի մի շարք ներմուծողների հետ արդեն ստորագրվել են մատակարարումների մասին գործարքներ։ Մատակարարումները կսկսվեն պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումից հետո։ Ընդ որում, նա շեշտել է, որ նավթի գների հետագա հնարավոր անկումը չի ազդի այդ էներգակրի արտահանման ծավալները մեծացնելու հարցում ԻԻՀ վճռականության վրա։
Ավելի վաղ նավթի նախարարության և ԻԱՆԸ-ի ղեկավարությունը բազմիցս հայտարարել է սահմանափակումների հանումից անմիջապես հետո ԻԻՀ-ից արտահանման օրեկան ծավալը մինչև 500 մլն բարել, իսկ վեց ամիս հետո՝ 2 մլն բարել հասցնելու պատրաստականության մասին։ Սպասվում է, որ Թեհրանի և միջազգային «վեցյակի» միջև կնքված Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ պլանի համաձայն՝ պատժամիջոցները կարող են հանվել արդեն 2016թ. հունվարին։ Մինչև 2012թ. պատժամիջոցների գործադրումն Իրանն օրեկան արդյունահանում էր 4 մլն բարել, արտահանում՝ 2.5 մլն բարել նավթ։ Սահմանափակումների գործադրումից սկզբից ի վեր արդյունահանումը կրճատվել էր մինչև 2-2.5 մլն բարել, իսկ արտահանման քվոտան սահմանվել էր 1 մլն բարելի չափով։
