Նիկոլի անիմաստ այցի մասին` հակիրճ:
Նախ եթե չլիներ ՀՀ-ՌԴ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման հոբելյանական 30 ամյակը, Նիկոլը ծոծրակը կտեսներ բայց պաշտոնական այցի հրավեր չէր ստանա: Այնպես, ինչպես չորս տարի շարունակ ՌԴ-ն պաշտոնական այցի հրավեր չէր տալիս Նիկոլին (Սերժ Սարգսյանը միայն 2017թ. չորս անգամ պաշտոնական այց է իրականացրել ՌԴ): Ծանոթանանք այցի ընթաքում ընդունված համատեղ հայտարարությանը.
1. Հայտարարության 1-ից մինչև 21-րդ կետերը նախորդ 30 տարիներին երկկողմ իրականացրած ոլորտային աշխատանքների կարևորությունների մասին է: Եթե Նիկոլի փոխարեն վարչապետ լիներ «դռիկ Խչոն» կամ «սադի Գոքորը», միևնույն է այդ ձևակերպումները տեղ էին գտնելու տեքստում:
2. 22-րդ և 23-րդ կետերը վերաբերում են միայն Ռուսաստանին, որովհետև Նիկոլն այն աստիճան է կործանել մեր երկիրը, որ նույնիսկ տարրական մակարդակով ի վիճակի չենք անվտանգային որևէ միջոցառում ինքնուրույն իրականացնել կամ հանձառնել:
3. 24-րդ կետը տարածաշրջանի կայունության, ռուսական խաղաղարար առաքելության, Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան եռակողմ հայտարարությունների և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անորոշ կարգավորման մասին է: Նիկոլն իրեն նեղություն չի տվել ոչ Արցախի կարգավիճակի և ոչ էլ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման սկզբունքի մասին որևէ հիշատակում անել:
4. Փոխարենը` 25-րդ և 26-րդ կետերով Նիկոլը կարևորել է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի համար շահավետ երկաթուղիների կառուցումը, ինչպես նաև արագացրել Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմ փոխանցող` սահմանների դեմարկացիան ու դելիմիտացիան:
5. Հայտարարության 27-րդ կետով Նիկոլը որոշել է Ադրբեջանի շիա մոլլաների և Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու հոգևորականների միջոցով` կամուրջ կառուցել մեր և թշնամու միջև:
6. 28-րդ կետով Նիկոլը պայմանավորվել է տարբեր միջազգային խողովակներով ակտիվացնել Ադրբեջանի հետ կապերը: Եվ ոչ մի խոսք Հայաստանի օկուպացված տարածքների, գերիների վերադարձի, Արցախի դեմ շարունակվող ոտնձգությունների մասին:
7. Հայտարարության 29-րդ և 30-րդ կետերով Նիկոլը կարևորել է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններն ու «3+3» տարածաշրջանային ձևաչափը: Մի բան, որի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կապիտուլյանտ կառավարությունը չունի ոչ մի պատկերացում, առավել ևս` հիմնավորում: Ոչ ոք չգիտի, թե դա ում է պետք:
Ինչպես տեսնում եք պաշտոնական այցից, մեր երկրի համար որևէ շոշափելի արդյունք կամ կոնկրետ ձեռքբերում գոյություն չունի: Ռուսաստանը հաջող կերպով իրացնում է իր շահերը, իսկ Հայաստանի շահերի համար պատասպանատու է բացառապես կապիտուլյանտ Նիկոլը: Նիկոլի պես ղեկավար ունեցող երկրին ամենալավ բարեկամն անգամ չի կարող օգնել, թշնամի էլ պետք չէ: Մեր թշնամին հերիք չէ տանից է, նաև իշխանության ղեկին է:
