ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին աղմկահարույց ելույթն Ազգային Ժողովում քննարկվեց և քննադատվեց շատ տարբեր ուղղություններով:

Սակայն մի դրվագ այդ ելույթից դուրս մնաց հանրային ու քաղաքական օրակարգից։

Խոսքը վերաբերում է նրան, որ Նիկոլը փորձում էր արդարացնել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձեւաչափի ներկայիս դեռևս ֆունկցիոնալ չգոյությունը, այդ թվում՝ հղումներ անելով գերտերությունների գեոպոլիտիկ պայքարի դրվագներին, դեռեւս 2011-ից Սիրիա և այլն, և այլն։

Իհարկե, նա խաբեց։

Խաբեց, որովհետեւ անգամ այդ ժամանակահատվածում, անկախ նրանից, որ Սիրիայում, Իրանում, Ուկրաինայում եւ այլ տարածաշրջաններում Արեւմուտքն ու Ռուսաստանն ունեին աշխարհաքաղաքական բախումներ, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձեւաչափում մշտապես կարողացել են պահպանել աշխատանքային միևնույն վեկտորը։

Դրա ամենավառ ապացույցը նա է, որ Կազանը (2011, հունիս) եղել է Սիրիայից հետո (2011, գարուն):

Հավելեմ, որ Կազանից հետո էլ այդ տարիներին Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների սինխրոն և փոխհամաձայնեցված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է, որ խումբը պահպանել է իր ո՛չ միայն գոյությունը, այլեւ՝ աշխատանքային ունակությունները, ակտիվություն ցուցաբերելով բանակցային գործընթացում, այդ թվում, ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո, Նիկոլի կողմից Ալիեւին էժանով վաճառած, օրինակ, Վիեննայի և Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների տեսքով։

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների լիարժեք աշխատանքները շարունակվել են և մինչեւ 2018 թվականը և 2018-ից հետո նույնպես: Դրա ապացույցները՝ խմբի համանախագահների համատեղ հանդիպումներ, հայտարարություններ, առաջարկություններ և այլն:

Հարց է ծագում՝ ինչու՞ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փաստացի փորձում արդարացնել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձեւաչափի ֆունկցիոնալ չգոյությունն այսօր. չէ՞ որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների գոյությունը ձեռնտու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։

1. Որովհետեւ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձևաչափի էրոզիան նախևառաջ իր արտաքին քաղաքականության հետեւանքն է եւ ոչ թե գեոպոլիտիկ բախումների խնդիր: Ճիշտ դիվանագիտության դեպքում հնարավոր էր աշխատել Արեւմուտքի երկրների հետ, խնդրելով նրանց շարունակել աշխատանքը Ռուսաստանի հետ այս ձեաչափում և հաշվի առնելով նաեւ այն հանգամանքը, որ Նիկոլը շատ է սիրում ուռճեցնել իր ժողովրդավարական «ձեռքբերումները» Արեւմուտքի աչքերում ։

2. Որովհետեւ նա վաղուց Հայաստանն ու Արցախյան հարցը հանել է գեոպոլիտիկ աճուրդի: Այդ աճուրդում մասնակցում են իրարամերժ գնորդներ եւ այս տեսակետից Նիկոլը շահագրգիռ է, որպեսզի ձևաչափը փլուզվի։

3. Որովհետև կրկին «զարմանալի» զուգադիպությամբ Ալիևի և Նիկոլի վարած քաղաքականությունը Արցախի հարցում փաստացի համընկնում է: Ալիևըվաղուց է ձոնում ՄԽ համանախագահների ձևաչափի վախճանը, իսկ Նիկոլը փաստացի որ միայն ջանքներ չի գործադրում այն պահպանելու ուղղությամբ, այլև շտապում է Ադրբեջանի հետ գնալ գործաքրների՝ օգտվելով համանախագահների ինստիտուտի կաթվածահար վիճակից»։
