Տղամարդը կնոջ հետ առևանգել է եղբոր 2-ամյա որդուն. գործը դատարանում է
SOCIETY2021 թվականի հուլիսի 22-ին Իրինա Մ.-ն զանգել է ամուսնուն՝ Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ին, և տեղեկացել, որ ամուսնու եղբոր կինը՝ Մ. Մ.-ն քրոջ հետ եկել և տաքսի ավտոմեքենայով տանում է իր 2 տարեկան մանկահասակ երեխային: Ռոբերտ Ղ.-ն ավտոմեքենայով վերադարձել է տուն և տեսնելով, որ վերջիններս արդեն տարել են երեխային, վերցրել է կնոջը՝ Իրինա Մ.-ին և հետապնդել տաքսի ավտոմեքենային, որում գտնվել են եղբոր կինը, քույրը և երեխան։

Արտաշատ քաղաքի սկզբնամասում Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ն ազդանշաններ տալով կանգնեցրել է եղբոր կնոջը, նրա երեխային և քրոջը տեղափոխող տաքսի ավտոմեքենան և կնոջ հետ իջնելով իր ավտոմեքենայից, վարորդի բաց դռնից մտել է ավտոմեքենայի սրահ, ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել հետևի նստատեղին նստած եղբոր կնոջն ու նրա քրոջը՝ փորձելով վերցնել երեխային, սակայն չի կարողացել։
Այնուհետև Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ն ներսից բացել է ավտոմեքենայի հետևի դուռը, Մ. Մ.-ին և նրա քրոջը քաշքշելով դուրս է բերել ավտոմքենայից և կնոջ հետ ծեծի ենթարկել նրանց: Այդ ընթացքում Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ն կնոջ՝ Իրինա Մ.-ի հետ՝ բռնություն գործադրելով, երեխայի մոր կամքին հակառակ, ավտոմեքենայից առևանգել է նրա անչափահաս երեխային, վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառելով թեթև մարմանական վնասվածքներ:
Վերցնելով երեխային՝ Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ն կնոջ հետ իրենց ավտոմեքենայով հեռացել են:
Գործը վարույթ է ընդունվել 2022 թվականի մարտի 23-ին և մակագրվել է Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Հարություն Պետրոսյանին:
Ռաֆիկ Ղ.-ին և Իրինա Մ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1.4 կետով (Մարդուն առևանգելը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ անչափահասի նկատմամբ):
