Ռուսաստանի, ինչպես նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորած կոալիցիայի ավիահարվածները չեն թուլացրել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը: Այս մասին հրապարակված ուղերձում հայտարարել է ԻՊ-ի առաջնորդ Աբու Բաքր ալ-Բաղդադին: Ուղերձում նաեւ սպառնալիք է հնչում Ռուսաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Իսրայելի հասցեին:
«ԱՄՆ, ԵՄ, Ռուսաստան, հրեաներ եւ նրանց դաշնակիցներ, աստված մեզ հաղթանակ է խոստացել, հրամայել է պայքարել ձեր դեմ, եւ մենք կհաղթենք»,- ասված է 24 րոպե տեւողությամբ ձայնագրությունում: «Առաջիկայում Ալլահի թույլտվությամբ դուք կլսեք մոջահեդների քայլերը... Մենք օրեցօր մոտենում ենք ձեզ»,- հայտարարել է ահաբեկիչների առաջնորդը:
Բացի այդ, նա խիստ քննադատության է ենթարկել Սաուդյան Արաբիային՝ ծայրահեղականների դեմ պայքարի նպատակով մահմեդական կոալիցիա ստեղծելու համար: Ալ-Բաղդադին նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ ԻՊ-ն չի մոռացել Պաղեստինի մասին եւ առաջիկայում հարձակման կանցնի Իսրայելի դեմ:
Ըստ Reuters-ի, սա վերջին 7 ամիսների ընթացքում ԻՊ-ի առաջնորդի առաջին հրապարակային հայտարարությունն է այն բանից հետո, երբ նա, ենթադրաբար, վիրավորվել էր ավիահարվածի ժամանակ:
Իսրայելական «Հաարեց» պարբերականի կարծիքով, ձայնագրությունը վաղուց է արվել՝ Սիրիայում ռուսական ռմբակոծությունների մեկնարկից հետո:
