Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայի դեմ սանձազերծած պատերազմի ավարտի վերջնական փաստաթուղթը կարող է բաղկացած լինել երկու մասից՝ համաձայնագիր Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին և առանձին երկկողմ համաձայնագիր Ուկրաինայի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև: Այս մասին ուկրաինական լրատվամիջոցներին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, փոխանցում է Ukrinform-ը։

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ դրանք կարող են լինել երկու տարբեր փաստաթղթեր՝ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ այն երկրներից, որոնք պատրաստ են տրամադրել դրանք, և առանձին փաստաթուղթ, որը կվերաբերի մեզ և Ռուսաստանին»,- ասել է պետության ղեկավարը։

Նախագահը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կցանկանար ունենալ մեկ պայմանագիր, որը կներառի բոլոր հարցերը։ Սակայն, ըստ Զելենսկու՝ անվտանգության երաշխավոր, ոչ բոլոր երկրներն են, որ իրենց տեսնում են Ռուսաստանի հետ նույն սեղանի շուրջ։

«Նրանց համար մեկ հարց է Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության երաշխիքները, այլ հարց՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ պայմանավորվածությունները»,-նշել է Զելենսկին։

Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից պատերազմից Ուկրաինային հասցված վնասի փոխհատուցման հարցը նույնպես պետք է օրինական լուծվի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր, որ սկսում է հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն Ուկրաինայի տարածքում, որի խնդիրն է ապահովել Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի հանրապետությունների անվտանգությունը, ինչպես նաև հեռացնել Ուկրաինայի «նացիստական ռեժիմը»:

ԱՄՆ-ն ու ԵՄ-ն գնահատել են ՌԴ-ի այս քայլն իբրև Ռուսաստանի կողմից ուղղակի ագրեսիա ընդդեմ Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության։

Գերագույն Ռադան Ուկրաինայում ռազմական դրություն է մտցրել։
