«Բոլորիդ սրտերը թող միայն հաղթանակի ու սխրանքի մասին մտածեն։

Այս օրերը դավաճանության և ուրացումի օրեր են։ Այս օրերը մեր ինքնության, նկարագրի վաճառքի օրեր են, այնպես, ինչպես Հուդան է 30 արծաթով վաճառում իր ինքնությունը՝ իր Տիրոջը։

Դա չի փոխվել, բայց չեն փոխվել նաև հարությունն ու հաղթանակը։ Մենք կոչված ենք ընթանալու դեպի այդ ճանապարհը։

Այն առաքյալները, որ Հիսուսի հետ ամեն օր ապրում էին, այն առաքյալները, որ Հիսուսի հետ անցան, մեծամասամբ, փառքի ճանապարհով, հենց հասավ դժվարության ժամը, մեկը դավաճանեց, մեկը ուրացավ, մյուսները փախուտ տվեցին։

Անշուշտ, հետո, երբ նորից տեսան արդեն հաղթանակած, հարություն առած վարդապետին, բոլորը վերստին հավաքվեցին։

Սա մարդու իրական պատկերն է, այն, ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում մեր երկրում․ փառքի ու հաղթանակի ժամանակներին բոլորը մեր Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շուրջն էին, դժվարության ու խոցման ժամին ոմանք դավաճանում են, ոմանք ուրանում են, ոմանք էլ փախուսստ են տալիս։

Ես հավատում եմ մեր համընդհանուր ՀԱՐՈՒԹՅԱՆՆ ՈՒ ՀԱՂԹԱՆԱԿԻՆ։

Չեմ կասկածում, որովհետև ուզում եմ ոչ միայն պատմել Հիսուսի պատմությունը, այլ ապրել այն ամբողջությամբ՝ Իր արյունով, Իր խաչով և ապա Իր հաղթանակով։ Մեզ համար ուրիշ տարբերակ չկա։

Ով չի հավատում այդ տեսիլքին, նա ոչ հայության հետ կապ ունի, ոչ Աստծու հետ կապ ունի, ոչ ժառանգության հետ կապ ունի, ոչ ճախրանքի ու սխրանքի հետ կապ ունի, նա մթության մեջ եկող գող է, նա համբույրով ու փողով դավաճանող է, ինչպես այսօրվա «հերոսը»։

Այս խավարի միջից հարության լույսը մեզ կոչում է հաղթանակի և կոչում է ասելու․ «Հա՛յր, եթե կամենում ես, այս բաժակը հեռացրո՛ւ մեղնից, բայց ոչ թե մեր կամքը, այլ քո՛նը թող լինի»»։
