Ամփոփվել են ուսումնասիրությունները ձվի իրացման շուկայում, նկատվում է ձվի գնի նվազում. ՍԱՏՄ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը ամփոփվել է ուսումնասիրությունները ձվի իրացման շուկայում.

«Նկատի ունենալով 2021 թվականին Սուրբ Զատկի տոնակատարությանն ընդառաջ ձվի իրացման շուկայում արձանագրված իրավիճակը՝ կապված ձվի դեֆիցիտի և գնի ուռճացման հետ, ինչպես նաև 2022թվականի տարեսկզբին ստեղծված իրավիճակին արձագանքելու և առկա ռիսկերը գնահատելու նպատակով՝ ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը նախաձեռնել էր վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ ձվի արտադրության և իրացման շուկայում:

Ամփոփելով իրականացված պետական վերահսկողության արդյունքները՝ արձանագրվել է, հետևյալ պատկերը՝
1. վերահսկողություն է իրականացվել ձվի 10, այդ թվում նաև բոլոր խոշոր արտադրողների մոտ՝ «Լուսակերտ Էլիտ» ՍՊԸ, «Պրոյեկտ Ինտեր-Ինվեստ» ՍՊԸ («Շիրակի ձու» ապրանքանիշ), «Արաքս թռչնաֆաբրիկա» ՓԲԸ, «Արզնու տոհմային ԹՏԽ» ԲԲԸ, «Աշտարակ ձու» ՍՊԸ, «Մյաս» ՍՊԸ («Ձու սննդային» ՏՊ), «Գնթունիք» ՍՊԸ, անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Ջանիկ Գյորգյան, «Գնդեվազ-Ֆարմ» ՍՊԸ, «Սանփաուեր» ՍՊԸ:

2. Վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ են իրակնացվել նաև իրացման ցանցում, որի շրջանակներում կատարվել են ձվի նմուշառում և լաբորատոր փորձաքննություններ՝ որոշելու համար ձվի թարմությունը Ըստ այդմ՝ մի քանի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների մոտ հայտնաբերվել է չմակնշված ձվի խմբաքանակ, որի իրացման նկատմամբ սահմանվել է հսկողություն: Խմբաքանակի իրացումը թույլատրվել է միայն արտադրման օրվան համապատասխանող մակնշում անելուց հետո:
Երկու արտադրողի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «Բ» դասի թռչնի ձու, որը թույլատրվում է իրացնել միայն արտադրական նպատակներով: Տվյալ խմբաքանակները վաճառվել են արտադրող կազմակերպություններին՝ այդ մասին ծանուցելով Տեսչական մարմնին:

Իրացման ցանցում ևս արձանագրվել է «Բ» դասի ձվի իրացման փորձ, որը Տեսչական մարմնի կողմից կանխվել է, իսկ խմբաքանակի իրացումը՝ կասեցվել։

Իրացման ցանցում հայտնաբերվել է նաև պիտանիության ժամկետն անցած հավի ձու որի համար տրվել է արտադրանքի իրացումն արգելելու, շուկայից հետ կանչելու, ոչնչացնելու կամ օգտահանելու մասին կարգադրագիր, կայացվել է վարչական տուգանք նշանակել մասին որոշում։

3. Տեսչական մարմինի կողմից սահմանվել է հսկողություն տրված կարգադրագրերի և հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքի նկատմամբ։

Ձեռնարկված վերահսկողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 17-ի Սուրբ Զատկի տոնակատարությանն ընդառաջ, իրացման շուկայում արձանագրվել է բավարար քանակությամբ ձվի առկայություն, ինչը նպաստում է նաև դրա գնի արհեստական ուռճացման բացառմանը: Ավելին՝ շուկայում նկատվում է ձվի գնի նվազում:

Այս պահին թռչնամիս և ձու արտադրողների մոտ իրականացվում է անասնահամաճարակային մշտադիտարկում»:
