«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար նշանակվեց Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը: Նախարարության մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ նա միանգամից մտել է նախարարի «դերի» մեջ և, ինչպես մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկն ասաց, «առաջին իսկ օրից մառոզ է անում, բոլորին պատեպատ է տալիս»: Նախօրեին պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն տարածվեց, որ նորանշանակ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել առաջին խորհրդակցությունը:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Փամբուխչյանը, բացի աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությունից, նաև առանձին հանդիպումներ է ունենում ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ և նրանց ներկայացնում իր պահանջներն ու աշխատանքների կազմակերպման փամբուխչյանական «ճանապարհային քարտեզը»: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այդ հանդիպումների ժամանակ նա առանձնահատուկ շեշտում է, որ «աննախադեպ անհանդուրժող» է լինելու հատկապես անօրինականության և կոռուպցիայի հանդեպ:

Ըստ երևույթին, նոր նախարարի կողմից այս «ոլորտի» շեշտադրումը պատահական չէ: Հիշեցնենք, որ նրա նախորդի՝ Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանի ու ԱԻՆ մի շարք աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ հենց կոռուպցիոն գործով:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին ԱԻՆ-ում բավականին լարված մթնոլորտ է, շատերն անհանգստացած են. բանն այն է, որ նոր նախարարը «դրսից» չէ, եղել է առաջին փոխնախարար, բոլորին շատ լավ ճանաչում է, և չեն բացառվում կադրային լուրջ փոփոխությունները:
