Արցախի Հանրապետության հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովն այսօր գումարել է նիստ՝ նախագահ Գևորգ Գրիգորյանի նախագահությամբ:

Նիստի օրակարգն հաստատվել է հարցերի փոփոխված կազմով. օրակարգում ընդգրկվել է ևս մեկ հարց:

Առաջին հարցով բավարարվել է «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության՝ սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագների վերանայման հայտը: Սահմանվել են «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի հետևյալ սակագները՝

Ամսական մինչև 10 000 խմ վաճառվող բնական գազի համար` 143 700 դրամ/հազար խմ (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)` աճը կազմում է 4.7 դրամ 1 խմ համար կամ 3.4%,

10 000 խորանարդ մետրը գերազանցող բնական գազի համար` 265.81 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ` սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)՝ աճը կազմում է 3.9%,

գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող ջերմոցային տնտեսություններին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագինը սահմանվել է`

նոյեմբերի 1-ից մինչև մարտի 31-ը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ 233.9 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ` սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)՝ աճը կազմում է 4.4%,

ապրիլի 1-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ ամսական մինչև 10 000 խորանարդ մետր բնական գազի համար՝ 143 700 դրամ/հազար խմ (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)` աճը կազմում է 4.7 դրամ 1 խմ համար կամ 3.4%,

ապրիլի 1-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ ամսական 1 0 000 խորանարդ մետրը գերազանցող բնական գազի համար՝ 265.81 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ` սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)՝ աճը կազմում է 3.9%:

գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող վերամշակող կազմակերպություններին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագինը` 233.9 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ` սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար (ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն)՝ աճը կազմում է 4.4%:

Սահմանված սակագներն ուժի մեջ են մտնում ս.թ. մայիսի 16-ին:

Երկրորդ հարցով բավարարվել է «Արցախգազ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության՝ «Արցախգազ ՋԷԿ-3» ջերմաէլեկտրակայանում էլեկտրական էներգիայի (հզորության) արտադրության լիցենզիայում ամրագրված գործունեության իրականացման վայրի փոփոխության հայտը:

Երրորդ հարցով հաստատվել է 2021 թվականի գործունեության հաշվետվությունը:
