Ռուսաստանը աչքաթող չի անի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը. Սերգեյ Միխեև
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուս քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Միխեևը դժվարանում է կանխատեսել, թե ինչ ավարտ կունենան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ հետպատերազմական ժամանակաշրջանում ընթացող բանակցությունները, բայց ամեն դեպքում համոզված է, որ Ռուսաստանը աչքաթող չի անի ԼՂ հարցը՝ չնայած ուկրաինական ուղղությամբ իր ծանրաբեռնվածությանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Միխեևը այդպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց «Սպուտնիկ Արմենիա» մուլտիմեդիա կենտրոնում կազմակերպված Մոսկվա-Երևան տեսակամուրջի շրջանակում՝ ընդգծելով, որ ինքը չի խոսում պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի անունից, այլ ներկայացնում է իր անձնական տեսակետները:
«Պետք չէ մտածել, թե քանի որ հիմա մենք հատուկ գործողություն ենք իրականացնում Ուկրաինայում՝ մնացածի մասին մոռանալու ենք և այլևս դրանց ուշադրություն չենք դարձնելու: Իրականում մենք շատ լավ հասկանում ենք, որ Ուկրաինան միայն մի դրվագ է: Այո՛, հիմա նա մեծ ուշադրություն է գրավում, ռեսուրսներ և ուժեր է տանում, բայց այն միայն մի դրվագ է աշխարհաքաղաքական ազդեցության համար մղվող մեծ դասավորության մեջ: Հարավային Կովկասը, Կենտրոնական Ասիան և բազմաթիվ այլ տարածաշրջաններ մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում են այս իրավիճակում», - մեկնաբանեց Միխեևը:
Ռուս քաղաքագետը նաև շեշտեց, որ ինքը սրտի մեծ ցավով է հետևել մեկուկես տարի առաջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմական իրադարձություններին: Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խնդիրների լուծումը առաջին հերթին կախված է նրանից, թե կկարողանան արդյոք Երևանը և Բաքուն համաձայնության հասնել: Բայց ամեն դեպքում Ռուսաստանը չի պատրաստվում լքել այս գործընթացը:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ առանց Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր չէ հասնել համաձայնության՝ չնայած վերջերս Բրյուսելում Շառլ Միշելի միջնորդությամբ տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցություններին: Օրինակ` ես ոչ մի նոր բան չտեսա Միշելի առաջարկներում: Ուստի կարծում եմ, որ Ռուսաստանը կմնա այս գործընթացում: Բայց թե ինչպիսին կլինի վերջնական կարգավորումը, ինչով կավարտի այս ամենը՝ ես պատրաստ չեմ կանխատեսել, քանի որ դա անշնորհակալ գործ է», - հավելեց Միխեևը:
