հայտարարությունը.
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայիս իրավաքաղաքական կարգավիճակը ձեւավորվել է համաժողովրդական կամքի արտահայտությամբ 3 հանրաքվեների, դրանց արդյունքում ընդունված Սահմանադրության ազդեցությամբ եւ հայության բոլոր հատվածների միջեւ նախընթաց տարիներին հաստատված համազգային համաձայնության ճանապարհով։
 
Արցախահայությունը քաջգիտակցում է խաղաղության գինը։ Արցախի պետականությունը եւ պատմական հայրենիքում ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իրավունքը բացարձակ արժեքներ են, եւ դրանցից անգամ պատերազմի սպառնալիքը չի կարող մեզ հետ պահել։ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան չակերտավոր խաղաղության օրակարգով Արցախն Ադրբեջանին բռնակցելու ցանկացած բանակցային գործընթաց ինքնին, ինչպես նաեւ դրանից բխող փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը տապալում է ոչ միայն Արցախի պետականությունը, այլեւ արցախահայության իր պատմական հայրենիքում ապրելու անքակտելի իրավունքը։
 
Պահանջում ենք, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հրաժարվեն իրենց ներկայիս աղետալի դիրքորոշումից եւ առաջնորդվեն բացառապես այդ արժեքներով։ Ոչ մի իշխանություն իրավունք չունի խաղաղության պատրվակով Արցախի համար անընդունելի կարգավիճակի, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված ինքնորոշման իրավունքի բանակցային նշաձողն իջեցնելու։
 
Արցախահայության անունից դիմում ենք աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը՝ այս արդար պայքարում միասնաբար եւ վճռականորեն կանգնել Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի, մեր եղբայրների ու քույրերի կողքին։ ՀՀ ԱԺ մեր գործընկերներին՝ չշեղվել ՀՀ գերագույն խորհրդի 1992 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ի որոշման ուղեգծից։
 
ՌԴ ղեկավարությանը՝ մեզ համար խիստ կարեւոր խաղաղապահ առաքելության ընթացքում առիթ չտալ որեւէ մեկին՝ շահարկել ծագող խնդիրները, որպես Արցախի ժողովրդի հետագա անվտանգությունը հարցականի տակ դնելու հիմք։ ԵԱԿՀ Մինսկի համանախագահ երկրներին՝ անկախ առկա այլ տարաձայնություններից, ջանքեր գործադրել, պահպանելու ԼՂ-ի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման միակ միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող ձեւաչափ։
