ՌԴ-ն պարզաբանել է, թե ինչու թույլ չեն տվել պատգամավորների մուտքն Արցախ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱրտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների մուտքն Արցախ արգելելու դեպքից անմիջապես հետո կապի մեջ է եղել Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իշխանությունների հետ, Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարեց ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
«Այն պահից սկսած, երբ հայտնի է դարձավ, որ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները չեն կարողանում Լաչինի միջացնքով մուտք գործել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, մենք ձեռնարկել ենք գործողություններ։ Կապի մեջ ենք եղել և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների հետ, և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իշխանությունների հետ բարձր մակարդակով։ Մեզ հավաստիացրել են, որ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների մուտքը Արցախ չի թույլատրվում սադրանքներից զերծ մնալու նկատառումներով», - ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ՀՀ դիրքորոշմանը, ապա, Միրզոյանի խոսքով, այն հստակորեն արտացոլված է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ, այն է՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ՝ Լաչինի միջացքով շարժի որևէ սահմանափակում նախատեսված չէ և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները, առավել ևս, Հայաստանի Հարապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները պետք է անարգել մուտք ունեան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ:
