«Սերժ Սարգսյանը այս ամբիոնից է դա ասել։ Ինձ ասում են այդ ինչպես եղավ, որ 2019 թվականին ընկաք թակարդը: Թակարդը ընկնելն այն էր, որ հայտնվում է մի բանակցային փաթեթ, որտեղ Հայաստանից ակնկալվում է, որ 7 շրջանը պետք է հանձնվի Ադրբեջանին։ Մենք թակարդի մեջ չենք եղել, այդ թղթում արձանագրվել է այն, որի մասին անոնս է արել Սերժ Սարգսյանը այս ամբիոնից, դա իր բանակցությունների արդյունքն է եղել, որովհետև 2019 թվականին մենք բանակցություն նույնիսկ սկսած էլ չեն եղել։
Այսօր ասում են՝ կարո՞ղ էիք կանխել պատերազմը: Կարող էինք կանխել պատերազմը, որի արդյունքում կունենայինք նույն այս վիճակը, իհարկե, առանց զոհերի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
