Խուզարկություն՝ 27 անձանց բնակարաններում․ հայտնաբերվել են զենք-զինամթերք, թմրանյութ

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության ենթակա բաժիններում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ իրենց ստորաբաժանման կողմից սպասարկվող վարչական տարածքներում բնակվող բազմթիվ անձինք իրենց բնակության վայրերում, բնակարանին կից օժանդակ շինություններում և իրենց կողմից շահագործվող ավտոմեքենաներում պահում ու կրում են ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք, ձեռք են բերում թմրամիջոց, պահում և օգտագործում են:

Նշված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում 2022 թ. ապրիլի 8-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 268-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Հարուցված քրեկան գործով դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա լայնածավալ, միաժամանակյա խուզարկություններ են կատարվել 27 անձանց պատկանող՝ Երևան, Վանաձոր, Սպիտակ, Ալավերդի, Տաշիր, Ստեփանավան, Ախթալա, Օձուն, Փամբակ, Շնող համայնքներում գտնվող բնակարաններում, բնակության վայրերում, դրանց կից օժանդակ շինություններում, շահագործվող ավտոմեքենաներում:

Համակարգված մեծածավալ գործողության արդյունքում նրանցից 8-ի պարագայում հայտնաբերվել են «Բայկալ» տեսակի հրացան՝ լիցքավորված 5 փամփուշտով, «ԱԿ 74» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, «ԱԿՍ» տեասակի ակոսափող հրազեն, սպորտայի ատրճանակ, «ՏՕԶ-63» մոդելի հրացան, տարբեր տրամաչափի և զենքերի հարյուրավոր փամփուշտներ, 6 փամփուշտատուփ, սառը զենքեր և այլն: Բացի այդ, հայտնաբերվել են նաև «Պրեգաբալին» տեսակի հոգեմետ դեղահաբեր, 5.3 կգ քաշով կանեփ:

Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել հայտնաբերված զենքերի, դրանց ձեռբերման և պահման օրինականությունը պարզելու ուղությամբ:

Առաջին հերթին կանխարգելիչ նպատակներով իրականացնող նմանատիպ միջոցները մարզում կրում են պարբերական բնույթ։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցներ ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք, թմրամիջոցներ պահելու, իրացնելու համար անձանց քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու հարցը լուծելու, քրեածին վարքագծով աչքի ընկնող կամ դրանց հետ առնչություն ունեցող անձանց կողմից հրազենի օգտագործմամբ հանցագործությունների կատարումը բացառելու ուղղությամբ: Ելնելով օպերատիվ իրավիճակից՝ մարզի դատախազության կողմից ոստիկանությանը տրվում են համապատասխան հանձնարարություններ:

Ավելի վաղ՝ 2022թ. փետրվարին, մեկ այլ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության և Լոռու մարզային վարչության ստորաբաժանումների աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված համակարգված, արագ և ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում մարզի տարբեր բնակավայրերում ևս կատարվել էր նման մասշտաբային գործողություն՝ թվով 42 անձանց բնակարանների խուզարկությունների արդյունքում հայտանբերվել էին մեծաքանակ զենքեր, ռազմամթերք, թմրամիջոցներ։

Քաղաքացիներին կրկին կոչ ենք անում քրեական պատասխանատվության չենթարկվելու համար ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքը, այդպիսիք ունենալու դեպքում անհապաղ հանձնել Ոստիկանությանը:
