«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Բնականաբար, այս օրերին հանրային տարբեր տիրույթներում շատ է քննարկվում Արցախում ու Արցախի շուրջ տիրող իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև ԱՀ-ում առկա տրամադրությունները, որի վերաբերյալ տարաբնույթ կարծիքներ են հնչում։

«Փաստ» թերթը թեմայի հետ կապված զրուցել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի հետ, որն այս օրերին գտնվում էր Արցախում։ Պատգամավորի փոխանցմամբ, Արցախում իրավիճակը շարունակում է մնալ լարված: «Խնդիրը ոչ միայն այն է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը Փառուխում կամ Քարագլխի հատվածում ամենօրյա ակտիվ գործողությունների է դիմում, այլև այն, որ այդ հատվածում նրանց մնալն արդեն իսկ բավական ծանր իրավիճակ է ստեղծում Արցախի համար, քանի որ դա, ինչպես հայտնի է, կենսական նշանակության ուղղություն է, իսկ ադրբեջանական կողմի նպատակը հենց Արցախը սնուցող կարևոր ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ վերահսկողության ապահովումն է։

Միանշանակ է, որ արցախցիները ՀՀ-ից առաջին հերթին ակնկալում են անվտանգային երաշխիքներ, և անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված ջանքեր, որոնք առաջին հերթին պետք է առարկայական արտացոլում ստանան հենց Արցախում, ինչն, ըստ էության, ներկայումս տեսանալի չէ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակին, ապա ՀՀ-ն պատերազմից հետո որոշակի ծրագրեր իրականացրել է, բայց այսօր առաջնայինը ոչ այնքան սոցիալականն է, որքան անվտանգայինը»։

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը ևս կարծում է, որ առաջնայինը անվտանգային հարցերն են: «Մենք մինչև հիմա կարծում ենք, որ, չնայած խաղաղապահ ուժերի առկայությանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգության երաշխավորը ՀՀ-ն է, հայկական բանակն է, որը կարող է շատ օգտակար ձևով համագործակցել ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ: Արցախում ամենաանհանգստացնող խնդիրն անվտանգային հարցերն են: Մեր բոլորիս ակնկալիքն է հասնել մի կետի, ըստ որի, որևէ արցախցի չի մտածի, թե ՀՀ-ն այլևս իր անվտանգության երաշխավորը չէ», - «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Հակոբյանը:
