IDBank-ի և Իդրամի արձագանքը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության ռեպորտաժին

Ապրիլի 10-ին Հանրային հեռուստատեսության «Լուրեր» լրատվական հաղորդման շրջանակում հրապարակվել է ռեպորտաժ, որում անդրադարձ է կատարվել «Իդրամ» համակարգի օգտագործմամբ IDBank-ից վարկերի ստացմանը։
Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, այն դեպքերի մասին է, երբ զեղծարարները, կորզելով անձնական գաղտնի տվյալներ, տվյալ անձանց անունից իրականացրել են գործարքներ։
Իդրամն ու IDBank-ը մտահոգություն են հայտնում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության՝ ռեպորտաժի կառուցման մոտեցման վերաբերյալ, քանի որ ռեպորտաժում ինչպես պաշտոնակատար անձանց, այնպես էլ լրագրողի և փաստաբան Գագիկ Մելիքյանի կողմից ներկայացվել է միակողմանի տեղեկատվություն, որը կարող է վնասել Իդրամ և IDBank ընկերությունների բարի համբավին։
Այն պնդումը, թե ընկերությունները ոչինչ չեն անում վարկավորման գործընթացի անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ, բացարձակ չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Զարմանալի է նաև փաստաբանի կողմից 2020 թվականի սկզբի դեպքերի մեջբերումը (այստեղ տուժողը Բանկն է և Բանկի նախաձեռնությամբ է հարուցվել քրեական գործ, իսկ քաղաքացիների բոլոր վարկերը մարվել են Բանկի կողմից), որը ոչ մի աղերս չունի 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբեր ամսից ի հայտ եկած դեպքերի հետ, որոնք բացառապես առաջացել են հաճախորդի կողմից գաղտնաբառերի և PIN կոդերի վերականգնման տվյալների՝ զեղծարարներին անգիտակցաբար փոխանցման հետևանքով։ Այսինքն՝ Իդրամ հաշվառման հաշվի մուտքի տվյալները զեղծարարներին հասանելի են դարձել բացառապես հաճախորդների անզգույշ գործողությունների հետևանքով։
Ինչ վերաբերում է համակարգի անվտանգությանը, ապա ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում ենք, որ թե՛ Բանկը, թե՛ Իդրամ ընկերությունը շարունակական ներդրումներ և հստակ բարելավումներ են իրականացնում․ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ համակարգը մինչև այժմ էլ լիովին անվտանգ է եղել, ընկերությունները բազմաթիվ քայլեր են ձեռնարկել ու ձեռնարկում հաճախորդներին իրենց իսկ անզգուշությունից պաշտպանելու նպատակով։
Դիմելով Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը՝ հորդորում ենք երկու ընկերություններին վերաբերող ցանկացած պնդում կամ կարծիք հանրայնացնելուց առաջ ստանալ նաև Իդրամի և IDBank-ի դիրքորոշումը, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ զեղծարարության զոհ են դարձել Idram&IDBank հարթակում տարբեր կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձիք, և դեպքերը հաճախ խիստ տարբեր են, սակայն դրանց ընդհանրությունը, շեշտենք ևս մեկ անգամ, մեկն է՝ անձի կողմից իր անձնական տվյալների, այդ թվում՝ ստացվող նույնականացման կոդերի հետ վարվեցողության կանոնների խախտումը, մասնավորապես՝ այլ անձանց տրամադրումը։
