«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
regnum.ru-ն «Փորձագետ. Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի կենսալաբորատորիաները վտանգավոր են ինչպես իր, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ամերիկյան կենսալաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը մեծ վտանգ է ներկայացնում Հայաստանի համար: Այդ մասին REGNUM-ի թղթակցին ասել է քաղաքագետ, «Ժողովրդի ձայնը» փորձագիտական ակումբի անդամ Արման Ղուկասյանը։ Փորձագետը նշել է, որ վերջերս Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության պահեստազորի սպաների միությունը կոչ է արել ստուգել հանրապետությունում գործող կենսալաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվել է նաև, որ վերջին տարիներին Վրաստանում հաճախակիացել են կարմրուկի, իսկ Հայաստանում՝ խոզերի աֆրիկյան ժանտախտի և սիբիրախտի դեպքերը։ «Ուսումնասիրելով հարևան Վրաստանի փորձը՝ կարելի է տեսնել, որ նման լաբորատորիաների կառուցման վրա այնպիսի միջոցներ են ծախսվել, ինչը մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում է նման քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների կառուցման համար պահանջվող գումարը։ Այդ փաստը չի կարող կասկածներ չհարուցել, քանի որ մտավախություն կա, որ այն պաթոգենները, որոնք պահվում են այդ լաբորատորիաներում, հետագայում կարող են օգտագործվել կոնկրետ էթնիկ խմբին կամ տարածաշրջանին բնորոշ գենոտիպի և կենսաբանական բնութագրերի հիման վրա կենսաբանական զենք մշակելու համար:
Անձնակազմը հիմնականում հայերից է, բայց կան նաև արտասահմանցիներ, որոնք վերահսկում են աշխատանքը։ Հայ մասնագետները կարող են և չիմանալ այդ օբյեկտների իրական նպատակների մասին։ Հայաստանում եղած կենսալաբորատորիաները բացառություն չեն, և դրանցում այնպիսի աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որոնք վտանգ են ներկայացնում հայ հասարակության և ընդհանրապես շրջակա միջավայրի համար։ Ակնհայտ է, որ կենսալաբորատորիաներն ունեն ռազմական նպատակ, և դրանցում իրականացվում են կենսաբանական վտանգավոր մշակումներ, որոնք վտանգավոր են Հայաստանում բոլորի համար, այդ թվում այնտեղ գտնվող ռուս զինվորականների համար»,- ասել է Արման Ղուկասյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանում գործում է ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող 12 կենսալաբորատորիա։
