Տևական ժամանակ է՝ փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները (հասկանալի է՝ բացառությամբ իշխանամերձ շրջանակների) զգուշացնում են, որ այս իշխանությունները Արցախից ձեռքները լվացել են և Արցախը դուրս թողել գործընթացներից: Բրյուսել յան հանդիպումից հետո այս խոսակցություններն առավել առարկայական դարձան: «Ըստ էության, Բրյուսելում խաղաղության բանակցությունների մեկնարկն էին փորձում ապահովել, որի հիմքում դրվել են Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած 5 կետերը: Այդ կետերից առաջին երեքն առնվազն վկայում են այն մասին, որ եթե ՀՀ-ն համաձայնի դրանց հետ, այսպիսով հրաժարվում է Արցախից, ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, հրաժարվում է տարածքային պահանջներից այսօր և ապագայում, հրաժարվում է միջազգային կազմակերպություններում Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման հարցը բարձրացնելուց:

Մեծագույն մարտահրավեր է, որ, մեծ հաշվով, Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շահերն այս գործընթացում ներկայացված ու ապահովված չեն»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է «Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Հերմինե Մխիթարյանը: Իշխանությունների այս քաղաքականությունը յուրովի «ոռոգում» են ակնհայտ ու ծպտյալ իշխանամերձ շրջանակները: Ի մասնավորի, երեկ ԱԺԲ-ի կողմից պղծվել է Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում տեղադրված Արցախի դրոշը: Անկախ ներկայացված պատճառաբանություններից, փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ ոտնձգություն է կատարվել Արցախի պետական խորհրդանիշներից մեկի նկատմամբ, ինչը, մեղմ ասած, բուռն հակազդեցություն էր առաջացրել սոցցանցերում:

Ի դեպ, երեկ օպերատիվորեն ՀՅԴ երիտասարդները փոխեցին դրոշը, իսկ օրվա ընթացքում մենք տեղեկություններ էինք ստանում, որ Հայաստանի տարբեր բնակավայրերի կենտրոնական հատվածներում բարձրացվում է Արցախի պետական դրոշը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում Արցախի դրոշը տեղադրվել էր ընդդիմության կողմից, ինչը համարվում է խորհրդանշական, քանզի, փորձագետների համոզմամբ, 2018 թվականին հենց այստեղից սկսվեց Արցախի դրոշի «իջեցման գործընթացը»:
