«Մինսկի խմբի չեզոքացումը կամ «չեղարկումը» Բաքվի երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական նպատակն է»

Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

Մինսկի խմբի չեզոքացումը կամ «չեղարկումը» Բաքվի երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական նպատակն է, եթե ոչ երազանքը: Այն թույլ կտա Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի քննարկման հարցը «ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի» հարթությունից տեղափոխել «Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչության իրավունքների պաշտպանություն» հարթություն.  ասենք՝ կյանքի իրավունք, մայրենի լեզվով կրթություն ստանալու իրավունք, սեփական եկեղեցի ունենալու իրավունք, սեփական հեռուստաալիք ունենալու իրավունք և այլն։ Իսկ «Արմենպրեսի» հաղորդմամբ՝ Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ եռակողմ հանդիպման արդյունքներով: Նախագահ Միշելը նշել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի ցանկությունը՝ արագորեն շարժվել դեպի երկրների միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը։ «Այդ նպատակով պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին հանձնարարել աշխատել խաղաղության ապագա պայմանագրի նախապատրաստման վրա, որը կլուծի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ խնդիրները»,-ասվում է հայտարարությունում: Իսկ ընդամենը մի քանի օր առաջ գրեթե ճիշտ նույն բանն էր ասվում ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի հայտարարության մեջ, որը, մեկնաբանելով Ղարաբաղում գազի անջատումը և շփման գծում լարվածությունը՝ «Կողմերին կոչ էր անում երկկողմ շփումների ձևաչափով լուծել խնդիրը». Փաստորեն մեծ ցանկություն կա չեղարկել Ռուսաստանի դերակատարությունը «Հարավային Կովկասում»՝ մոռանալով Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահության ձևաչափը։
