Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետեւանքով ազգաբնակչությանը առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարենամթերքով մատակարարման հարցում առաջացել էին որոշակի ռիսկեր, հատկապես Լարսի անցակետի տեւական ժամանակով փակ լինելու եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության կողմից հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի արտահանման արգելքով պայմանավորված: Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից։

Նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի հետեւանքով Հայաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի միջեւ առեւտրաշրջանառությունը դադարել է, իսկ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ առեւտրաշրջանառությունը շարունակվում է, սակայն դրանց տեմպերը դանդաղել են եղանակային պայմաններով պայմանավորված Լարսի անցակետի փակման պատճառով առաջացած բեռնատարների կուտակումներով, ինչպես նաեւ ՌԴ արտարժույթի կտրուկ արժեզրկման պատճառով մատակարարների կողմից առաջարկվող գների մասով ցուցաբերվող զգուշավորությամբ:

Հարցին, թե Հայաստանը պարենային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից այսօր ի՞նչ վիճակում է եւ հնարավո՞ր է որոշ ապրանքատեսակների դեֆիցիտ առաջանա, նախարարությունից վստահեցնում են՝ կատարվել են համապատասխան վերլուծություններ եւ գնահատվել են հնարավոր դեֆիցիտի ռիսկերը, որոնք արդյունավետ կառավարվել են եւ այսօրվա դրությամբ առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարենային ապրանքների մասով դեֆիցիտի առաջացման վտանգ չկա եւ առաջիկայում չի ակնկալվում: ՌԴ-ից ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներ հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի արտահանումների սահմանափակման խնդիրը Հայաստանի համար վերացվել է: Գյուղատնտեսական մթերքի, սննդամթերքի եւ սննդամթերքի արտադրության համար օգտագործվող հումքի առանձին տեսակների համար 6 ամիս ժամկետով սահմանվել են երրորդ երկրներից ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի զրոյական դրույքաչափեր: «Չնայած դրան գների բարձրացման միտումը դեռեւս կպահպանվի, հատկապես այն ապրանքախմբերի մասով, որոնք ներմուծվում են երրորդ երկրներից»,–նշված է նախարարության պատասխանում:

Տնտեսական քաղաքականություն իրականացնող գերատեսչություն ի՞նչ քայլեր է ձեռնարկում թանկացման տեմպեր մեղմելու համար։ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ կառավարության որոշմամբ հաստատվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հողօգտագործողներին մատչելի գներով ազոտական, ֆոսֆորական եւ կալիումական պարարտանյութերի ձեռքբերման աջակցության ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում սուբսիդավորվելու կամ փոխհատուցվելու է պարարտանյութի վաճառքի գնի 50%-ը, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան 50 կգ քաշով մեկ պարկ պարարտանյութի հաշվով 9000 ՀՀ դրամը։

Բեռնափոխադրումների ոլորտում խնդիրների նվազեցնելու նպատակով ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան միակ գործող ցամաքային ուղուն այլընտրանքային` լաստանավով տեղափոխման ծախսերի ամբողջական փոխհատուցում՝ իրականացնելով լաստանավի վարձակալում։
