POLITICSՄինչ երեկվա հանդիպումը, կառավարության դիրքորոշումները, որ հայտնում էին, նույնիսկ ամենաօպտիմիստ մարդու մոտ առաջացնում էր հնարավոր ամենաբացասական սցենարների ակնկալիքը, ասել, որ ամենաբացասական սցենարները տեղի ունեցան, ոչ։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանը։
«Դա կարող է պայմանավորված լինել բազմաթիվ հանգմանքներով, այդ թվում՝ այն քաղաքական գործընթացներով, որոնք տեղի ունեցան թե՛ Երեւանում, թե՛ Արցախի ԱԺ-ի կողմից ներկայացված արձագանքներով: Հայտարարության մեջ Արցախ բառը հիշատակված չէ: Ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները խոսում են հումանիտար աղետի մասին Արցախում և դրանից հետո ոչ մի բառ չի հիշատակվում հայտարարության մեջ: Ո՞նց չի խոսվում այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականություն է Արցախում: Այսինքն ՀՀ-ն դա չի պաշտպանել: Եթե Հայաստանը պնդեր, չէր կարող դա հայտարարությունում չլիներ:
Խոսվում է դեմարկացիայի, դելիմիտիացիայի մասին. եթե մենք ունենք Արցախում այն իրավիճակը, որն ունենք, ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ խոսում ենք դեմարկացիայի ու դելիմիտացիայի մասին: Այսինքն, գնում ես, դեմարկացիա անես մի երկրի հետ, որը էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականություն է իրականացնում Արցախում, որը ընդհուպ մինչև գազ է անջատում, զինված գործողություններ է անում: Այս պայմաններում ուր ես գնում դեմարկացիա, դելիմիտացիա անում»,- ասաց Վարդևանյանը և հավելեց՝այս իրավիճակի այլընտրանքը պատերազմը չէ։
«Չի՛ կարելի ՀՀ-ում ինչ-որ անհասկանալի վախերի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել։ Պատերազմի հավանականությունը չի նշանակում, որ ամեն անգամ պետք է գնաս, կզած քեզ պահես»,- ասաց նա:
Պատգամավորը ընդգծեց, որ այս հայտարարությունում ինքը դրական բան չի տեսնում, մեծ անհանգստության առիթ է տեսնում՝ հավելելով, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունը ձեռքերը լվացել է Արցախից:
