Սիրելի՛ մայրեր, կանայք և քույրեր,
Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ապրիլի 7-ի՝ Մայրության և գեղեցկության տոնի կապակցությամբ: Թո՛ղ ձեր օջախներում միշտ լինի ջերմություն, սեր և հոգատարություն:
Մեր հասարակության և մեր ընտանիքների ամրությունն ու հաջողություններն ավանդաբար հիմնված են եղել հենց ձեր հոգատարության, ողջախոհության ու նվիրումի վրա: Ուստի ապրիլի 7- ը առանձնակի խորհուրդ ունի իր մեջ՝ այն մեր մայրերի մեծարանքի օրն է, մայրերին երախտիքի խոսքեր հղելու օրն է՝ Հայրենիքին նվիրված զավակներ դաստիարակելու և իրենց անմնացորդ նվիրումի համար:
Շատ մայրեր այսօր երախտիքի խոսքեր կլսեն շատերից, սակայն, ցավոք, ոչ իրենց զավակներից: Առանձնակի խոնարհումս Արցախյան պատերազմներում նահատակված մեր քաջերի մայրերին, կանանց, և դուստրերին: Ձեր վիշտը ազգի վիշտն է, բոլորիս ցավն ու կորուստը:
Սիրելի՛ մայրեր, սիրելի՛ կանայք,
Մաղթում եմ ձեզ անսպառ ուժ և կորով: Թո՛ղ այլևս ոչ մի փորձություն չմռայլի ձեր գարունները:
