«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ՀՀ պետական պարտքը 2020 թվականից հետո հատել է թույլատրելի «կարմիր գծի» շեմը։ Սա իր հերթին նշանակում է, որ խախտվել է պետության հարկաբյուջետային «ոսկե կանոնը», այն է՝ գերազանցվել է ՀՆԱ-ի նկատմամբ 60 % -ի շեմը։ Տնտեսագետների գնահատմամբ, այս հանգամանքները հաշվի առնելով՝ ՀՀ-ն միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցների համար աստիճանաբար դառնում է ոչ ցանկալի ու ռիսկային գործընկեր։ Հետևելով այս իշխանությունների վարած ֆինանսատնտեսական քաղաքականությանը՝ պարզ է դառնում, որ սկսած 2018 թվականից ՀՀ պետական պարտքը հետևողականորեն ու մեծ թափով աճում է։ 2021 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ պետական պարտքն ավելացել է 1,2 մլրդ դոլարով՝ հասնելով մոտ 10,5 միլիարդի։ Ավելին, միայն այս տարվա մեկնարկին ՀՀ պարտքը դարձյալ աճել է՝ հունվար-փետրվար ամիսների ընթացքում ավելանալով 100 մլն դոլարով։ Փաստացի, նման պատկեր ունենք այն իշխանության օրոք, որի ղեկավարի՝ ընդդիմադիր գործունեության ընթացքում քննադատության օրակարգի հիմնական թեզերից մեկը հենց պետական պարտքի ավելացման վերաբերյալ հռետորաբանությունն էր։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են չտրամաբանված, չհիմնավորված ծախսեր կատարել՝ սկսյալ «Վարչապետի գավաթի» անհասկանալի միջոցառումներից մինչև իշխանականների բարեկեցությանն ուղղված բարձր աշխատավարձեր ու պարգևավճարներ...
