ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհուրդն ընդունել Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի շուկան սոցիալապես կարևոր ապրանքներով հագեցման միջոցների նոր փաթեթ

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի (ԵԱՏՀ) խորհուրդն ապրիլի 5-ի արտահերթ նիստում ընդունել Է միջոցների լրացուցիչ փաթեթ՝ նպատակաուղղված Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) միասնական շուկան սոցիալապես կարեւոր ապրանքներով հագեցմանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասն հաղորդել Է ՌԴ-ի տնտեսական զարգաման նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
«(ԵԱՏՀ-ի) խորհուրդն ընդունել Է որոշում մինչեւ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ը 938 ապրանքների համար ներկրման մաքսատուրքերի զրոյացման մասին, ըստ որում առանձին ապրանքների վերաբերյալ զրոյացման որոշում ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիան կընդունի մոտ ժամանակներս: Այդ միջոցները թույլ կտան ապահովել (Եվրասիական տնտեսական) միության ներքին շուկայում ապրանքների անխափան մատակարարումները»,- հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման փոխնախարար Վլադիմիր Իլյիչովը, որի խոսքը բերվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Նրա տեղեկատվությամբ՝ զրոյացված ապրանքների գծով ներմուծման ծավալը գնահատվում Է տարեկան 31 միլիարդ դոլար, ներմուծողների խնայողությունը կես տարում կարող Է կազմել շուրջ 800 միլիոն դոլար՝ ապրանքների ներկրման ծավալները 2021 թվականի մակարդակում պահպանվելու դեպքում:
Բացի դեանից, 150 ապրանքների համար կշարունակի գործել սակագնային արտոնությունը, որն այդ ապրանքներն ազատում Է ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերից: Արտոնություն ստանալու համար կպահանջվի ներկայացնել փաստաթղթեր, որոնք հաստատում են ներկրվող արտադրանքի նպատակային նշանանակությունը, ճշտել Է Իլյիչովը: ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհուրդը նաեւ որոշում Է ընդունել արտոնյալ ապրանքների համար մաքսային ստուգման ժամետի կրճատման մասին եւ պարզեցրել Է ներկրվող ապրանքների ծագման հավաստման ընթացակարգը ՝ դրանց ծագման երկրի որոշման ոչ արտոնյալ կանոնների շրջանակներում, նշված Է մամուլի տեղեկագրում:
ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրները նաեւ համաձայնության են եկել պարզեցված ազգային կանոններով մեքենաների արտադության հնարավորության շուրջ: ԵԱՏՄ-ի տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի գործողության համապատասխան բացառությունները կգործեն մինչեւ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ը, ասել են տնտեսական զարգացման նախարարությունում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
