Ալիևը պարզաբանում է պահանջում Հայաստանից
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը երեքշաբթի հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, որի ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը։
«Ապրիլի 5-ին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը զանգահարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահին։ Զրույցի ընթացքում քննարկվել են իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, ադրբեջանա-հայկական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը և խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների մեկնարկը, տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բացման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի առաջարկներն ու դիրքորոշումը», – ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։
Ալիևը զրույցի ընթացքում հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը պետք է պարզաբանի Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ անհետ կորած 3890 ադրբեջանցիների ճակատագիրը և տեղեկատվություն տրամադրի «ադրբեջանցիների զանգվածային գերեզմանների մասին»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույնպես հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հետ:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերին և կարևորել տարբեր ոլորտներում երկկողմ փոխգործակցության հետագա զարգացումն ու ամրապնդումը: Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ամերիկյան կողմին՝ ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ Հայաստանին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար և նշել, որ ժողովրդավարության հետագա ամրապնդումը ՀՀ կառավարության որդեգրած քաղաքականությունն է:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Էնթոնի Բլինքենն անդրադարձել են Հարավային Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ լարվածության աճին: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների գործողությունների հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, հումանիտար խնդիրները ու կարևորել ԱՄՆ-ի հասցեական արձագանքը:
Կողմերը կարևորել են տարածաշրջանում կայունության և խաղաղության ապահովումը՝ ընդգծելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության կարևորությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ապրիլի 6-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք եռակողմ հանդիպմանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետը և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման, տարածաշրջանում կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման հնարավորությունների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև ընթացող երկխոսության շուրջ:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև միջազգային ասպարեզում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին, այդ թվում՝ Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակին:
